The Vampire Diaries- Do Not Go Gentle

"Our emotions are what make us human."

The roaring twenties really took us on a emotional ride. It seemed as if this was Ric's last episode. His final hurrah. He would have had a noble death. But that wasn't Esther's plan and even in death she will find a way to get her way. With such a strong episode, you know that the season finale is just around the corner. Will we loose anymore vital characters along the way???

In an interesting turn of events, the few human characters on the show jumped into action while the vampires laid low as the were stuck inside the schools gym while Esther attempted to turn Alaric into a super immortal vampire. The main goal; the elimination of the whole vampire species. Its a bit odd that by turning Ric into a vampire, she want's him to kill all the vampires, which ultimately means after everyone is dead Ric will commit suicide. What Esther didn't anticipate was that Ric would turn around and stab her giving him the ability to decide if he would like to complete the transition or not. Ric being the good guy that he is chose to die in peace, fearing what would happen if his evil side was to become immortal. The odd thing about Esther is that she is one of the most hated characters but she has good intentions. She was the only person that had the ability to kill Klaus and she never went back on her word. Yet, in killing Klaus she also wanted to bring peace by killing all the people that meant something to Elena. Similarly, while she tried to do good, she unleashed bad. Her character is such an oxymoron.

The water works were unleashed and candles were lit as everyone honored Ric one last time. It was a beautiful gathering of people that loved Ric dearly. The episode finally showed us that no matter how much Damon pretends not to care about anything, he really is a softy. There are only a couple of people in the world that matter to Damon and Ric was one of them. Although they started out on the wrong foot in the beginning they have grown to establish a bromance that at times was much stronger than Damon's relationship with Stefan. But this is the Vampire Diaries were talking about and if its one thing we should be used to it is the twists and turns that come ever so often. Since Esther was unable to oversee her plan to action, she hypnotized Bonnie to do it for her. As Ric lay on his death bed, Bonnie fed him her blood and unleashed what will ultimately be the demon of all demons. Interestingly enough, Bonnie who called herself everyone's savior, is the reason that many people might die now. Her decision (hypnotized or not) doesn't come as a surprise though because its no secret that Bonnie hates all vampires and only helps them out to save Caroline, Tyler and Elena.

Elena is, as always, trapped in the midst of everything. Loosing Alaric would mean that she has lost the last "family member" besides for Jeremy. It isn't much of a calming thought that she also has Damon and Stefan because although they are vampires and they live forever, there are people and forces out there that are trying to kill off the vampire species. If Esther had been successful than Damon and Stefan would have died. Elena will also loose Caroline and Tyler. She might think that she is in the clear since Ric is supposably dead, but we know otherwise. If he is on the loose with that powerful weapon, than Elena really has to start worrying.

And lastly, I cannot write about an episode of The Vampire Diaries without touching on the couples. You have to hand it to the writers and their incredible ability to delivery one episode where everyone is rooting for Damon and Elena and than another episode where she definitely belongs with Stefan. I mean, you cannot blame the girl for her inability to choose when both are so good to her in different ways. And at this point the girl needs all the love she can get. Nevertheless, it does make her a little slutty as she bounces from one brother to the next. Epic love story with Stefan or kinky love with Damon. Its a hard choice yet its one that has to be done sooner than later. Fans cannot keep getting their emotions messed with-- its torture! The reunion of Bonnie and Jeremy wasn't as intense as I assumed it would be. It seems that Bonnie has moved on, which is good for her since she was the one that suffered because of Jeremy's infidelity, but inside I was always sort of rooting for them. Despite Klaus's attempts to lure in Caroline and break her and Tyler up, their love is as pure as ever. If there's one guy that would do anything to keep his girl safe, its Tyler. What do you guys think is in store for Meredith? Will she cozy up to Damon as many of the ladies on the show do or will she help them fight Ric?? How do you think they can even win against Ric now....???

Memorable Quotes

  • Caroline: I'm sorry but Stefan is your epic love!
  • Elena: Getting out of bed is dangerous but we gotta live our lives somehow.
  • Stefan: I was blacked out for most of the decade.
  • Stefan: After everything I put you through I'm just honored to be your date tonight.
  • Damon: He already has a brother... Not to be all territorial or anything.
  • Klaus: My survival will haunt you through eternity.
  • Damon: Apparently, my choices have controversial lately.

Revenge- Justice

"Justice like beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. Some see an innocent victim. Others see evil incarnate getting exactly what's deserved."

Last night's episode of Revenge got a little intense. The trial of Daniel Grayson continues and although things weren't looking up for him, Emily was able to change that with the snap of her fingers, incriminating many others in the process.

It seems that a huge motive for Emily lately has been to keep Jack Porter safe. The Grayson's will do anything to keep Daniel safe and if that means blaming an innocent than nothing will stop them. The extremes that this family will go to, to protect their name was proven to us when Emily finally made the connection that her fathers death was not an accident sparked by a fight with another inmate but it was, in fact, orchestrated by the Grayson's. During Daniel's trial we see history repeating itself. But while the Grayson's may have money, they don't have the brains that Emily has.

Emily was able to figure out their game right off the bat. When juror number 3 became a problem, Victoria made sure that her hit-man took care of it. But what she didn't know is that Emily recorded the whole thing. When Emily found out that Jack still had the bloody hoodie she ran to get it without hesitation. At first, I wasn't sure what she wanted to do with the hoodie but than I realized she is bloody brilliant. After planting the hoodie in Victoria's hit-mans car she guaranteed Daniel's release. At the same time she freed Jack from testifying on the stands because even if his DNA is on the sweater, it can lead back to the night where the guy beat up Jack. This gives the hit-man a motive and at the same time links all the crimes back to the one and only Victoria. Revenge, attained.

How will the Grayson's get out of this one? The hit-man was found dead in his cell. A classic case of suicide. But from the phone call he made to Victoria it doesn't seem like he is the "suicide" type of guy. After threatening to out her, Conrad took matters into his own hands and got his own hit-man to kill Moran. Just the same way as Conrad had David Clark killed. When someone knows to much the only way to keep them quiet is by death. Death is the most powerful form of silence. This family really is something else. No wonder their kids are so damaged. Even if they save their family name how will they save their family? Charlotte was embarrassed by her own boyfriend in court. Manipulated by her mother, she fails to see that Declan was protecting his brother just as she was protecting hers. Nevertheless, her degrading actions towards the maid and inviting her ex-bf over just to get some drugs shows that she is down a sorrow path. Maybe if anyone in the Grayson family paid any attention they would be able to save her.

The only part of the episode I failed to understand was when Conrad approached Victoria's lover. Why does it bother him so much that his ex-wife is in the arms of some other man. Sure, they defrauded him once upon a time but is he really doing this for the sake of the case or because he wants to make Victoria's life miserable. This whole ordeal with her secret lover from the past has been really un-clear to me. Why did Victoria suddenly confess everything about the David Clark trials to some man? If that secret gets out it really is over for all of them.

Where in the world is Amanda? Its only a matter of time before she shows up again to complicate things. Meanwhile, Daneil has pushed Emily away to a point where she might not even be by his side anymore. This actually is all Victoria's doing because she planted the idea in her son's head that Emily cannot be trusted. It seems as though all the problems are rather a consequence of Victoria's poor actions. Will this ultimately mean that Emily will finally tell Jack the truth. See lying can keep people safe, but the more twisted lying becomes, the more questions people start having. It is obvious that Emily is playing all of them and although she might have Victoria convinced of her innocence, I think Jack might be on to her at least a little.

90210- Bride and Prejudice

"The fact is the only reason someone wouldn't tell you the truth is because the truth would destroy you."

There is a runaway bride on the loose!!! Rainstorms always create a more dramatic and intense moment in a T.V show and this weeks storm on 90210 did not dissapoint. The episode "Bride and Prejudice" challenged the characters into facing their deepest fears. It made them question if love was real and admit to the things that scared them. Even if the truth was brutal, it was necessary.

Naomi is no stranger to relationships. She switches boyfriends like she switches gloves, which makes it hard for us to believe that she even understands the concept of love. Yet, her engagement did come as quite the shocker, especially when she ignored the fact that P.J had to get married within two weeks or else he would loose all of his money. Normally, when one is presented with such evidence the answer becomes obvious, yet Naomi closed a blind eye because she was infatuated with the idea of love and marriage. Love is a tricky thing and marriages are scary, which is why they shouldn't be done rushed. Naomi should have taken an excerpt out of the Ivy and Raj book. Although their love story had a tragic ending, their marriage worked out because they loved each other. Naomi's love story would be tragic because she would have everything in the world but she would be alone. In order to test P.J's faith she could have postponed the wedding and had a longer engagement. If he didn't agree to her terms than she would know that the only reason he was with her is to get his money.

Watching Ivy deal with Raj's death is tragic, but it also seems rather ignorant of her that she would be so reckless with her life. After realizing how precious and short life is, she shouldn't be doing things that could potentially hurt her. Seems she missed the whole lesson of life that Raj tried to teach her. Although the story with Caleb is twisted (because he's a priest and he's trying to mack on Annie), he did do one thing right and thats protect Ivy from possibly hurting herself. Is he doing the right thing with Annie? Maybe, maybe not. Thats the tricky thing with religion. You might have a calling and you might be so passionate about your beliefs and what you do, but what happens when you fall in love? Now that the option has presented itself, do you guys think that Caleb will resign from priesthood and embrace the feelings he has for Annie. This could be a potentially dangerous decision because relationships can be short term and than he gave up his dream for a fling. Plus, we aren't 100% sure if Annie is over Liam and we won't know until she finds out that Silver has been secretly hooking up with him.

Which brings me the next topic. If Silver really loved Navid the way she claims to, than she would have told him the truth about Liam. As convinced as she was that their hook up was just a one time thing, she knows that its not true. Navid is the perfect guy and he's always going to be the right guy; the one she ends up with in the end. But Liam is that guy that challenges her. Once again, we can refrence this back to The Vampire Diaries and the Stefan, Elena and Damon triangle because it is so dead on. The thing is that Silver needs to choose between love and lust. If there is an option B, than she should go with that cause there would never be and option B if she was satisfied with option A.Liam was an asshole for trying to tell Navid to go back to college and than kissing Silver after he heard Navid confess his love to her but Silver should not think that the "I have the cancer gene" line is an excuse to keep Navid in the dark. Moral of the story is that no matter who ends up with who, the truth is the key to everything, no matter who gets hurt by it. The truth might hurt Navid, but it'll also hurt Annie (see paragraph above).

Seeing Ade take her music career back after Dixon left her for his was inspiring, but could it be the beginning of a new relationship? The writers sent us mixed messages as they let us believe that Ade and Austin might be teaming up personally and professional, but than they let Austin and Naomi talk privately which led to Naomi ending her engagement. The question is did she end it because she wasn't sure if P.J was the right guy or did she end it because the possibility of her and Austin still exists? I have a simple solution for everyone on this show; stop intermingling and hooking up with everyones ex's!

Memorable Quotes

  • Liam: About last night.
    • Silver: Something we are never going to talk about ever again right?
  • Annie: You guys are meant for each other like me and Liam but in a good way.
  • Naomi: Honey we have a problem.
    • P.J: You don't want the Rolce Royce?
    • Naomi: No, thats fine.
    • P.J: So what's the problem?
  • Annie: I mean what do you get the girl thats about to have literally everything?
  • Ivy: Love find you, you know. You don't get to choose.
  • Ivy: I've heard about guys marrying for money, but never their own money.
  • Naomi: But I love him.
    • Silver: The more important thing is does P.J really love you?

Gossip Girl- Despicable B

"Maybe you're so focused on how everyone perceives you that you no longer know who you are. Too bad cause if you could only see what I see."

Despicable B, last nights episode of Gossip Girl, was just that: despicable. Not just for B, but for every character raised in the glory of the Upper East Side. The episode had some more shocking paternal revelations but it also showed us how nasty people from the Upper East Side can get, even to their own family. Slow and steady wins the race and it seems the humble characters like Rufus, Lola and Dan are the ones coming up on top lately.

The destruction and failure of Lily and Rufus's marriage can only be blamed on the Lily's self centered actions. It is utterly disgusting to watch her assume she wears the pants in the relationship because she has more money than he does. That comment about him not being able to find another rich Upper East Side woman to take care of him the way that she does literally crossed the line. If I was Rufus I would have spit in her face and served her the divorce papers right than and there. Lesson learned, rather be poor than with an Upper East Side brat. Its not a surprise that she has been divorced a total of 10 times. Under that sweet Lily cover up is a monster. And that monster had no problem working with Charlie to bring "justice" to her family. But recently Charlie, or should I say Ivy, has been getting a little too close to wanting them to be a family. What poor girl would rip up a check for that much money if she didn't have any other (possibly psycho) ulterior motives?

But it must be in their genes because Lily's sister is not any better. Nevertheless seeing Carol get arrested by her own sister was hard to watch. It was even harder to fathom that in the crucial state she was in, William still left her penniless after convincing her to sign her share over to him. She truly believed that William was a good person and would help her and Ivy and although he might still help Ivy, I doubt she will ever see that money again. Thats the thing with William. He pretends to be altruistic but he is on sneaky snake. I assume thats where his two daughters get the fakeness from. Its common sense that he wouldn't trust Lily with the money or with ensuring Lola a future, but to make a run for it? Is he going to skip out on Lola and prove to her that she was really better off not knowing any of them?? Its interesting to see their father-daughter relationship play out, especially since he kept himself so hidden from Serena. Even when she tried to find him, he dodged each and every one of her attempts at finding him.

In an exchange of roles, Lola actually wants to unite with Serena and become "sisters." It was just not long ago that Lola shunned every attempt that Serena made at making them cousins. Now its Serena's turn at shunning Lola out of her life. It must be hard finally getting a father after so many years only to have him stolen by a girl much more talented and prettier than you. But Lola has earned her spot in the family proving that she will do anything to get her revenge, even going as far as stealing the Gossip Girl login from Serena. Maybe she belongs on the Upper East Side after all. She is a Van der woodsen after all...

Speaking of role reversal... Who would have guessed that Dan would be on top of the social ladder (or that he would become high brow) while Blair is being viewed as more pathetic than Kim Kardashian?? Yet to me it isn't that much of a surprise since recently Blair has gone to such pathetic lengths to get noticed and get her spotlight back. Stealing Dan's spotlight was by far the lowest blow ever. Its understandable that in the midst of everything she feels like she is a shadow behind her boyfriends, but maybe its just because she can't seem to decide who she loves making it hard for her to understand her place in society. Maybe by finding Blair an activity again she can find herself. Without scheming Blair becomes the worst version of herself and its surprising that Dan is still putting up with her bipolar swings. Its unfortunate that the writers took such a strong, smart, mischievous and powerful character and made her weak and annoying. We all loose ourselves occasionally, its understandable, but come on!

Chucks "who are my parents" storyline is getting a little played out. The Bass family is pro at committing sins. The writers threw us a great curve ball when they took the focus off of Diana and changed the game up. It makes perfect sense that Jack Bass is Chuck's father but who is the mother????? Why would Bart Bass adopt and take care of Chuck until he died? Sure, Jack isn't the man you think of when you hear father of the year, but why keep it such a secret? And why is the identity of his mother so secretive? My theory is that they pulled a Van der Woodsen move and Jack accidentally knocked up Elizabeth (Bart's wife) and than left Bart to raise the kid while he was "crazy uncle Jack." But that brings us back to Diana. Where does she fit in all of this and why is everyone willing to sponsor her? First it was grandfather and now she's getting money from the Jack. Are they trying to keep her quiet? I mean Gossip Girl did say there was another secret... Poor Chuck, everyone is just playing with his emotions. Can the man get some truth around here!

The Secret Circle- Crystals

"Its you. You're the other Blackwell in the circle. You're my sister."

This weeks episode of the Secret Circle concentrated mainly on acquiring the crystals needed to take on the witch hunters. With a couple of interruptions along the way, the gang was able to get the Jake's family crystal safe and sound. But the search for crystals brought along a couple of revelations. The biggest one would have to be that the "rumor" that Isaac told Jake when he was on the ferry a couple of episodes back is true, there is another Blackwell child besides Cassie. No it isn't Jake and unfortunately it isn't Faye either, although she was really hoping it would be her. Instead it was the one person that I would never have thought would have the capacity to possess dark magic; Diana. Her inability to breathe in the mine that was spelled to keep dark magic out indicates that she is the other Blackwell child. But what is the significance of two Blackwell children? Why didn't anyone tell her? Why was it kept such a secret? I wonder why this whole time Cassie's dark magic activated, but Diana's didn't? It can't be because she's a good person because Cassie is a sweetheart as well. But what does this mean? Well, the circle is now stronger than ever. Faye is going to be completely jealous since she never liked Diana to begin with. And its comical to see that both of Adam's ex girlfriends are actually sisters. It also means that John Blackwell had way too many flings as a youngin' and had something with almost every girl in the circle. Not the kind of father Cassie was expecting I presume. I guess its safe to wonder if Thomas Meade knows he isn't Diana's biological father. Could that be the reason why he hates Blackwell so much?

This new revelation comes at a pretty inconvenient time for Diana who has found herself trapped and suffocated by the circle. It seems odd that she's the one thats fed up with always attaining to the circles needs when it is because of her that the circle exists. She convinced them all to bind the circle and strengthen their powers and now she wants out??? True, being a witch probably does interfere with ones love life and it seems rather hard to build a trusting relationship on lies, but one cannot just abandon who she is. Especially at such a crucial time. Which means Diana will have to make a decision, either she trusts her English boy enough to tell him her secret and let him be a part of her life or she walks away, at least for now. I mean she has enough on her plate as it is. Dark magic is not an easy thing to handle.

Which all brings us back to what Jakes grandfather told them. He insisted that the root of all evil was Blackwell and that he is the reason all of their parents died. He knew what the results were going to be but he lied to his circle and convinced them to take of the witch-hunters anyways. Seems as if this is what Blackwell is trying to get their circle to do as well. But can he be trusted? The source of this information isn't all that credible considering that Jake's grandfather could also be lying and have a mission of his own to kill everyone in the circle (the paper with every member of the circle and all their birthdays.) Or he could be telling the truth. One can never know with Blackwell and we see that he goes to extreme lengths to get what he wants. He had no problem watching Cassie's grandmother die. Granted he wasn't the one that killed her physically, he did play a big part in the process. It seems that although he is trying to help Cassie and protect the circle, he has no problem hurting her and killing any one that gets in his way. What do you guys think can Blackwell be trusted?

The Vampire Diaries- Heart of Darkness

"You want the answers to my darkest side, your going to have to tap into yours."

Did everyone see that kiss! You know the kiss seen round the world. That beautifully epic moment where for the first time ever, Elena throws herself at Damon after an eternity of escalating sexual tension. It was even more beautiful when in the midst of all the passion she actually looked at him and although she isn't certain of her feelings, her eyes confirmed that this was the man she loved.  I mean really, its astonishing that it took the girl so long, but she finally let her emotions shine through. This trip was a test, not just Stefan's test, but her test. For the longest time it has been pretty obvious that she is in love with Damon. No matter how much she wanted to deny her feelings, there was always something between them. She has been putting them aside because of her "duty" to Stefan; that loyalty that she believes she owes him. Rose summed it up ideally though. Stefan is safe and he will always be there, as her shoulder to cry on, a comfort, or a sweet goodnight kiss. Damon is dangerous, challenging, unexpected and adventurous. He is the guy that will make her want to live, or die (and I mean that in the best sense possible, because if she wants to be with him forever that is ultimately her only option).

There is nothing more Damon wants than to be with Elena but can you blame the guy for being a little standoffish and distant. He has been a pawn in her little love trio game for too long now. He could keep making decisions for her but he always does! He always makes the first move or tries to push her in the right direction. In order for it to be real and truthful, she has to make the decision no matter whom she hurts in the process. For now all she's doing is hurting herself and confusing everyone around her. I mean did you see Jeremy when he caught them making out? Homie had no idea what was going down. And the reason she is so negative towards the idea of being with Damon is that every time she even mentions doing something with Damon everyone is so angered and appaled. When the people she loves start accepting that she has finally fallen for Damon, she will be more open to the idea. Either way, once you really get to know Damon you get to appreciate the good qualities he possesses, which make him just a bit better than Stefan.

In the midst of a confusing love story the writers were actually capable of including a compelling storyline. Without the last stake, the destiny of all the vampires lies within Alaric's alter ego. A part of me kind of believes that Ric enjoys being evil and he is fully aware of his actions. As gruesome as it was to access his alter ego, it was even more disturbing to see that Esther is still up to no good. She blatantly lied to her loving and naive daughter in order to execute her plan to kill all her children. What kind of mother does that? Maybe she really was dying and maybe it was just a game, but she pulled a Klaus maneuver and placed herself in Rebekah's body. Whats more dangerous than a psycho, anti- vampire killer with a stake to erase vampire existence, is witch with a vengeance. At this point, it doesn't even matter if Stefan or Damon figure out who turned them or if Klaus stands in their way because once Rebekah (aka original mother) does what she needs to do, everyone will be dead. And seems that we cannot rely on Alaric because it doesn't look like he's coming back anytime soon.

Which really brings us to one question, how the hell are they going to get out of this one. The problem has been eliminated for Caroline and Tyler, but now the focus is solely on how to save each and every one of the vampires. Although the goal this past season has become to kill Klaus,  I doubt anyone will actually go through with the plan. Truthfully, he has become more of a buddy than a foe and once this disaster is over, Tyler and Klaus will duke it out for Caroline's love. In the meantime, Matt will continue to stay irrelevant until Rebakah snatches her body back and falls for the good boy that has no magic and is not immortal. Bonnie and Jeremy will have some sort of reunion, tragic or happy, but I'm leaning more towards tragic since Bonnie's still pretty depressed about her mother's departure. Elena's inner conflict between Damon and Stefan will continue to grow until she see's Damon's naked body again and realizes that he is the one. Only 3 more episodes till the season finale folks. Lets make this good!

Memorable Quotes

  • Elena: He thinks I have some unresolved feelings for Damon.
    • Ric: Do you?
    • Elena: I guess thats why I'm going on this trip. So I can figure it out.
  • Damon: I like that confidence Stefan. I don't share it, but I like it!
  • Damon: Sorry, you might get the girl but you lose the edge.
  • Rebekah: I don't understand what my brother see's in you.
    • Caroline: Maybe he sees a challenge. You see unlike some people I don't sleep with everyone I make eye contact with.
  • Damon: What good is you dying and coming back to life when you cant talk to a ghost when I need you to.
  • Damon: Didn't you find it weird that you made a friend so fast? Have you met you?
  • Matt: It's sad that you can't just get a ride from school without thinking theres some ulterior motive.
  • Ric: What drives him, is me.
  • Esther: No one should live that long.
    • Rebekah: I haven't lived at all.
  • Elena: Why dont you let people see the good in you?
    • Damon: Cause when people see good, they expect good. I don;t want to have to live up to anyones expectations.
  • Elena: Wait here.
    • Jeremy: Why so you guys can make out some more?
    • Damon: Don't be a dick. Listen to your sister.
  • Elena: Stefan thinks I have feelings for you.
    • Damon: Do you?
    • E: I don't know.
    • Damon: I guess you thought this trip would help you figure it out. Maybe you thought I'd screw it up and I'd make the decision for you. Am I wrong?
    • E: Its what you do Damon. You sabotage things. I mean think about it. Every time theres a bump in the road you lash out.
    • D: What if I didn't? What if there was no bumps? I'm sorry Elena but this time I'm not going to make it so easy for you. This time your going to have to figure it out for yourself.
  • Rose: Don't tell them I'm here. They had a fight. I know you want to stop it, protect her from it but your young. You don't see what I see. It's not just that she makes him a better person because she does. But he changes her too. Damon challenges her, surprises her, he makes her question life, beliefs. Stefan is different. His love is pure; he'll always be good for her. Damon is either the best thing for her or the worst.

Revenge- Doubt

"Your just another puppet in the Grayson family play and it's time for your exit"

Revenge returned last night and it didn't take long for the drama to unfold. What's so amazing about this show is the amount of power that Emily Thorne holds. With just one slick and discrete move, she has everyone turning against each other and she knows exactly the outcome of everything she does. She knew getting Treadwell would eventually lead him to turning his back on Victoria once she made him believe that it was Vic that burned his house down and stole all of his tapes. I mean she had to do something fast. Victoria has no trouble placing the blame on innocent people. If she couldn't find Amanda, she was going to make Jack look guilty and that's one thing Emily would not allow. Which makes me wonder, where does Emily's heart really lie?? She said that things got so messed up because emotions got in the way so that means she obviously fell for Daniel right?? But she still cares for Jack deeply, so when it comes down to it, which one will she fight for??

The most gruesome thing is seeing  a rich pretty boy go to jail and than watching him get the lights beaten out of him. But interestingly enough he didn't get attacked because he was Daniel Grayson, he got attacked because his mother ordered it. She made her son go through so much pain in order to get him on house arrest so she could keep him close and probably manipulate him. And than she did what she does best, she planted an idea in his mind that made him suspicious that Emily Thorne might have been the one that murdered on the beach that night. We know that his love for Emily would never let him believe that, but that little piece of doubt is enough to make someone turn on the person they love. Like Emily said, doubt is a disease and it infects the mind. I'll admit it Victoria isn't as dumb as she looks, but unfortunately Emily is always one step ahead of her. In this game Emily will always win. You know why? Because Emily is powered by revenge; and revenge can go a long way.

Who is this new guy that Victoria is canoodling with and why are we suddenly being thrown into a world where were suppose to know him? Not only is this going to be mayhem for her when it gets out but it makes me wonder how many guys was she so manly and uncontrollably in love with???? This guy was clearly in her life before she fell in love with David Clarke, but why is he back now? And why are her emotions still so strong for someone who clearly is not about money and doesn't have much of it? Something seems really fishy about the timing of this mans reappearance in her life. Plus once the guy that was beat up wakes up, Victoria will be paying a high price for Emily's actions. Will she figure out it was Emily or will Emily blackmail her before she even gets a chance to realize it what happened? What is Emily's goal in all of this?? Other than to get revenge on a man who hurt the two guys that are most important to her, does she want to make Daniel hate his mother? She recorded the part when he admitted that Victoria asked him to have her son beat up. Its becoming unclear as to whose side Emily is really on. I actually don't think she even knows anymore. But by saving Jack and Amanda, she has made it that for now, Daniel is the only suspect in the case and in order to save her from his mothers craziness he is willing to accept full blame. I cannot wait to see what happens when Takeda gets wind of Emily's plan and lets Amanda resurface!!! Let the drama unveil.

It is really unfortunate so see the innocent get sucked into this absolute mess. Poor Charlotte has turned to drugs to numb the pain of being a terrorists daughter and an arsonists sister. Not to mention her mother is sort of a (insert own judgement here.) What she doesn't understand is that Declan only did what he had to do to save his brother, which is exactly what she would do for Daniel. Everyone in the show is just caught up in the wrong things at the wrong time. Will Charlotte really turn her back on Declan forever or will she crawl back to him in her loneliness. Despite everything, Declan has people around him that actually care. It sucks being in the Grayson family cause no one cares about anyone but themselves.

Ringer- I'm the Good Twin

"I knew you were too good to be true... Bridget"

Oh My, What a season finale! For every horrible or un-clear Ringer episode we have been given the finale and they literally pulled out all the stops on this weeks episode. For starters what are we going to focus on now that Botoway Macawi is dead???? That, aside from many side story lines, was our major concern. What will agent Machado do now? And does this mean that Bridget is finally safe to get her well deserved second chance??

Bridget really did become a better person in the 7 months that she knew Andrew and Juliet. As messed up as she was before, she was always a better person than Siobhan. All Siobhan does is destroy the things around her because of her need for vendetta. Her sister never intentionally killed Sean, but because of that mentality she hasn't been able to let go, so she holds on to what's safe. And in order to keep Henry, she needs to lie. Except that it seems Henry grew some.... and was finally one step ahead of her. He caught her in a lie and realized that she's the reason his life is falling apart. A woman that is capable of killing her own sister is definitely not a woman that can be trusted. Without any remorse he literally just threw her out onto the street. I have never been prouder in my life.

If Bridget wanted too she could have kept her real identity hidden. She could have went on a great vacation, with a man that was deeply in love with her and she could have gotten married and lived happily ever after, but she would always live with that guilt. The guilt that she was lying to the people she loved most. So she told the truth. Of course, after revealing that you've been impersonating your twin sister for 7 months its perfectly understandably that everyone would push you to the curb. What really pissed me off is that no one really asked why she did what she did? Sure, Catherine is mentally sick so thats her excuse but Bridget has a legit reason too! She was being chased down by a psychotic murderer..... If thats not a valid excuse I don't know what is.

But than we come to that pulse rising, heart stopping scene in the loft where Bridget realizes that Macawi is in the building, but Siobhan is already being attacked by him. I had absolutely no idea how this was going to end I just knew that the it was about time Bridget realized Siobhan was alive and playing her. I didn't think Bridget had it in her to shoot someone but than I guess if she didn't shoot him he would have killed her without thinking twice about it. What really caught me off guard was when Bridget came into Henry's apartment and demanded answers and he told her the truth! He really is on this whole honesty kick! My assumption for next season is that Henry is going to team up with Bridget to get revenge on Siobhan and Arbergast. I know if I was Bridget my number one priority now that Macawi is dead would be to get revenge on my manipulative, lying sister.

I also think that Andrew will come around and realize that although Bridget lied to him, he hated Siobhan, but was able to make a life with Bridget that actually left him happy. Not once in those 7 months was Bridget a threat nor did she come off as a prostitute druggie. He couldn't even tell the difference between them both. Plus, once he finds out that Bridget was set up and lied to by Siobhan, he might think differently about the whole situation. Plus Juliet really bonded with Bridget and Bridget really is the reason that they were a family.  But what's going to happen when Andrew realizes the real Siobhan is alive and just gave birth to his twins? I swear it is like one day your life is going smoothly and the next your on a sinking ship. Either way, the producers, Eric Charmelo and Nicole Snyder, really did one on us with this episode! It'll be exciting to begin a second season with a whole new motive and storyline.

Gossip Girl- Salon of the Dead

"A history with Gossip Girl means you have something to hide"

Is it just me or is Gossip Girl loosing momentum fast? Especially since the REAL gossip Queen has been revoked of her duties and Serena just doesn't seem to cut it. All she posts about is Lola and all she has on her mind is making everyone look bad while making herself look good. And we all know thats not possible cause Serena is the biggest screw up out of the whole cast. Lola actually had to intervene and post something on the site herself in order for their to be any drama. But what she did post wasn't such a shocker to fans because we kind of saw it coming didn't we? It might have affected Chuck Basses life (and definitely made Nate feel like a basshole) but I can't say I was shocked. Diana is Chuck's mother (explains the accent in real life haha). But that wasn't the secret Gossip Girl was talking about now was it. And thats the magic of G.G herself, so give it up Serena. But what really bothered me about this whole scenario was that not once did Blair ever think "Oh, how does this affect Chuck??" Once again she was all wrapped up in her boring relationship.

Which brings me to my next point... Blair and Dan have also lost themselves as a couple. Before they were banging they were actually witty and sarcastic; they were a two people whose presence viewers enjoyed. Ever since they got together we lost the characters and their individualities. Blair has had a lot of different personalities this season, as speaking of I don't think I even remember where we began this season, all I know is that this Blair is not working. When she was in love with Chuck she was powerful and graceful. Lately, she's just pretty bland. I don't know if its just the writers running out of story ideas but that poise and liveliness that the show once had is over and done with.  I miss the times when the show gave me chills, when the relationships made me hope that one day I would have a love so passionate and real and when their lives were so glamorous I lived vicariously through them. Sad to say but I almost miss Vanessa.

It seems that we can call it quits for Nate and Lola as well. They all do learn their lessons don't they. Mother was right, keeping her away from the Upper East Side was the right thing to do. Those people are toxic. I mean its bad enough you find out about this whole secret family, but than you realize that your dating a guy who was sleeping with his boss, who know owns the company and she turns out to be the mother of his best friend. That is some weird, twisted drama. I don't even think acting school gets that intense. But what Lola doesn't know is that there is one more thing keeping her attached to the Upper East Side. Her father is William and her step-sister is the girl that tried to ruin her and her career.

Ringer- Its Called Improvising, Bitch!

"I mean whose life is so pathetic that they have to pretend to be someone else?"

Sorry for the late Ringer update but believe it or not it actually wasn't on Tuesday where I'm at but rather aired Sunday night. Nonetheless, it was full of OMG and gasp moments! How many of you are happy that Catherine is finally locked away??? You know Machado was fired from his job for being too into his cases, well someone needs to be since the police are not capable of protecting the innocent. But that love triangle with Olivia threw me for a curve. This just proves that Catherine really isn't all there and all she needs is someone to comfort her. First it was the whole scam with the teacher, who she was sleeping with. Now she planned to kill Siobhan cause she stole her husband so she slept with his partner... Clearly not all up there. It really is unfortunate that Juliet has to witness all of this. I wonder what this all means for Martin Charles now that the police know its a ponzi scheme and they finally found Olivia.

But lets talk about the problems that Henry and the real Siobhan might have. While Henry may or may not go to jail, Siobhan tried messing with the case again. She was at the scene where the witness took too much cocaine and died right than and there. Truly sad but my question is when the cops get there and they will, wont they check the place out? If she left those passports I'm sure they have her finger prints on them. Anyways, the closet really isn't the most convenient place to go into labor but unfortunately for Siobhan thats what happened. I assume that she had two twin girls, which kind of make the odds of the kids being Henry's more believable because he already has twins. Either way, Henry is definitely faking being in "love" with Siobhan since he asked for a paternity test. Do you guys think the kids are his? Wouldn't it be something if they were actually Andrews! Seems to me that if Henry had to throw Shiv under the bus to save himself and get his boys back he definitely would.

This brings me to Bridget. After hearing Catherine call her pathetic for living someone else's life she hit a weak spot. This is the moment where Bridget will realize she has to tell the truth about who she is, but she is risking loosing Andrew and Juliet and going back on the streets. Jail is even an option if Macahdo finds out. Is honesty really worth it at this point? Although maybe its better if she tells the truth because the lid is bound to come off sometime. Does no one really catch on that Siobhan just gave birth to twins at a hospital, while Siobhan was a hostage at home with her husband and daughter? I mean really, someone please make the connection. What do you guys think will happen on the season finale? Preview spoiler alert: Macawi is getting his revenge on "the wrong girl." Whichever the right girl is anyways.

Gossip Girl- It Girl Interrupted

"Because the one person that was there the whole way through is the one person whose not in my life anymore."

The story lines are a getting a wee bit boring on Gossip Girl. The return of Diana Payne was lame. The scheming between Nate and Lola was even lamer. Serena's attempt at staying the "It" girl was predictable. Seems like the only one that actually grew up was Blair. Out of the whole group she has seized her scheming and stopped caring whether or not she was the most popular or the most talked about. Serena clearly never left high school. As she takes on the role of Gossip Girl she has made it pretty clear that she has the power to destroy anyone that gets in her way and she will exercise that power with the blink of an eyelash.

The biggest conflict in the show keeps revolving around Blair and her many men. Who do we choose for Mrs. (well now divorced so Ms.) Waldorf? Although she is finding temporary happiness with lonely boy, the truth is Chuck Bass is and always will be her prince charming. For once in his life he did something out of the goodness of his heart, he paid off Blair's dowry and set her free. And this time he really needed someone to talk to that would understand. Instead of shutting him out Blair should have been there for him the way he's always been there for her. It seems to me that all she is doing is running from Chuck because out of the fear that things will get complicated. Surprisingly things with Humphrey are easy. He is straightforward with his feelings, infatuated with her and treats her like a princess. But does that mean that the temporary bliss is enough to overtake the love she felt for Bass? I doubt it.

Now that we know Elizabeth is not Chuck's mother the question is who saved his life by donating blood? I place my bets on Blair. I'm not quite sure if its even possible but hell, it seems pretty logical. At this point Elizabeth is either lying, which only Jack knows for a fact or she really does not want anything to do with her son. But it would be a great twist of events if Blair really did help save Chuck Bass. Will the mystery of Chucks mother bring him and Blair closer together? Or will it tear up Chuck inside and turn him into a cold person once again? Besides that the Upper East Side is pretty bland. Blair is enjoying her freedom as she is finally divorced from Louie, Rufus and Lily are going through a rough patch, Lola has been chewed up and spit out by the UPE, and Charlie Rhodes is back on the street. Its like nothing has changed.

One Tree Hill- Goodbye Tree Hill

"What you do matters. Its what got me here."
Goodnight One Tree Hill. Because parting with this show was probably one of the hardest goodbyes I ever had to say. There are 6 billion people in the world and sometimes all you need is one. The show didn't just create characters they created relationships. Relationships that made you believe in love and pain. They made the small moments into big moments that helped shape our lives. Lucas Scott had it dead on when he said, "Tree Hill is just a place in the world, maybe its a lot like your world. Maybe its nothing like your world. But if you look closer you might just see someone like you."  Yet the one hour OTH documentary seemed to be much more appetizing than the series finale. Although it was a good one, it was just missing something, especially compared to the season 8 finale where Jaime took on the role of Uncle Lucas.
All things must come to an end. Thankfully, for the characters in One Tree Hill it came to a good ending. We revisited monumental places, we revisited the music and we revisited scenes (namely the rain scene and the cracker jack scene). Brooke finally found "home" as Julian gave the house with the red door a proper family. She got her clothing business up and running and although Clothes over Hoes is no longer in service she is now the proud owner of BakerMan, which is right across the street from Karen's Cafe. We were able to experience the father-son feel on the River Court one last time. Those who felt the magic and power of the river court will never find a place like it. It was a marking place for growing up, not just for the characters but for us. Mouth's character got the recognition he deserved as he realized his dreams as a sports announcer and gave tribute to the people that motivated him to get there: Jimmy Edwards, Keith Scott and Dan Scott.
A lot of the episode focused on showing us how the kids of Tree Hill grew up to have kids of their own. While they grew up, we grew up with them. The scene after the party at Tric brought tears to my eyes as the characters we have come to love were surrounded by a new generation that was going to take Tree Hill by storm and create their own memories. The writers even brought out the predictions and Haley passed down the tradition she shared with Lucas to her son. Little Jaime Scott wrote in his predictions that he would beat Nathan's scoring title and you know, those wishes always come true.
Although Quinn and Clay have not been in our lives since season 1 they have kind of grown to be the new Peyton and Lucas. Their love story might have been a little less believable at times, but the ending was definitely worth it. As Logan called Quinn mom, they adopted him as their legal son and got married out of pure love. As the shortest wedding on Tree Hill it was probably one filled with the most happiness. And hell, who would have thought that Bevin Price would be a part of it. The scenes with Chuck and Chris Keller seemed to be a little out of place as they did not have that "series finale" feel to them but I guess the whole point of that was to show that Chris Keller never really changed but in spite of all of that he was accepted by Haley, signed to her label, and became a permanent friend in the Tree Hill gang. Chris and Nathan even developed a sort of bond as Nathan bought back Chris the guitar that he lost playing poker that one time on the road trip. The only presence that was missing was Alex Duprey and Mia. They were pretty vital to the last couple of seasons and they definitely should have gotten their good-byes.
"I don't wanna be anything other than what I've been trying to be lately," are lyrics that every OTH fan has memorized by now. The beginning notes automatically signal that OTH is about to begin. So what better way to end the show than with a song that began everything? As Tric rocked out to Gavin Degraw, it was literally karaoke time for every cast member, character and fan. We grew up with these characters and we related to them. And although invisible, it was a moment that bonded those characters we love with all of us. If anything, that was one of the most powerful ways to say goodbye.
Unfortunately, the writers made it a little hazy and at first I could not tell if we had fast forwarded in time and by how much on the last scene. As Mark Schwahn brought us back to where it all began, a new generation of cheerleaders and b-ball players was heading out to the first game. Just as Karen and Keith had closed up to go see Lucas play, Haley and Nathan closed Karen's Cafe and went to watch Jaimie play. This time the bleachers were filled with a lot more people that loved and supported Jaimie rather than just the evil Dan Scott that was out to get Nathan. We saw the Bevin and Skills got back together again (remember when she notebooked him) and Millie was like 8 months pregnant with Mouth. Logan and Lidia were sitting on the sidelines cheering Jaimie on. It was in that moment that I realized after all the chaos and the drama, everything turned out ok for all of them. And as the last moment of One Tree Hill faded out we saw a now full grown Jaimie following in the footsteps of his father, sans the blonde hair, dark locks and all. Every ending has a new beginning the say.
Make a wish and place it in your heart, anything you want, everything you want. Do you have it? Good. Now believe in it with all your heart. That's what OTH always told its fans. Believe in your dreams and one day you will look back and realize you got them all. Thank you to a show that has always found me when I was lost, allowed me to grow up with the cast and created a safe place for me to run too when life got a little hard. I found friends and family; I found a home. What other show connected with its fans on such a personal level and brought so much emotion? One Tree Hill made its fans feel it all. One minute we were crying and the next minute we were crying from laughter.  There is only one Tree Hill and that is home.  In the words of Mark Schwahn, "If that one sentence touches someone when they are missing someone, that's a worthy hour of television." All 9 season were worthy Mark.

Memorable Quotes
  • Lucas Scott: There is a tide in the affairs of men. Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune. But omitted, and the voyage of their life is bound in shallows and miseries. On such a full sea are we now afloat, and we must take the current when it serves—or lose the ventures before us
  • Brooke Davis: The bad guys lie to get in your bed; the good guys lie to get in your heart.
  • Peyton Sawyer: Imagine a future moment in your life where all your dreams come true. You know, it's the greatest moment of your life and you get to experience it with one person. Who's standing next to you?
  • Nathan Scott: Its been said that we just don’t recognize the significant moments of our lives while there happening…we grow up complacent with ideas or things or people and we take them for granted an its usually not until that thing is about to be taken away from you that you realize how wrong you’ve been…that you realize how much you really need it…how much you love it.
  • Haley James Scott: I gave you my heart. That's all I give you. And if that's not enough for you, I'm not enough for you.
  • Mark Schwahn: Its like having a friend or a loved one your not going to see anymore.
  • Peyton: Make a wish and place it in your heart. Anything you want. Everything you want.
    • Lucas: Do you have it? Good. Now believe it can come true. You never know where the next miracle is going to come from, the next smile. The next wish come true.
    • Peyton: But if you believe that it is right around the corner. And you open your heart and mind to the possibility of it. To the certainty of it.
    • Brooke: You might just get the thing you're wishing for.
    • Nathan: The world is full of magic. You just have to believe in it. So make your wish. Do you have it?
    • Haley: Good. Now believe in it with all your heart.
ONE TREE HILL September 2003-April 2012
No matter where you go or who you become this place will always be with you. There is only one Tree Hill and it's your home.

"And if it has to end, I'm glad you have been my friend in the time of our lives"
