I like this town, I really do.. And I've liked it since about 2003 when One Tree Hill premiered. You see I cried on the last season finale when I saw Jaime walking in Uncle Lucas's footsteps because that would have been the perfect ending to the perfect series but when I saw those white letters on a black background I knew I was home. See One Tree Hill doesn't need to have insane out of this world drama for it to be a good show. I connect with the characters and seeing them is like seeing my friends grow up- only I'm growing up too. This season looks like a promising one, not that I ever doubt the producers and writers, I just wish that Peyton was coming back with Lucas one final time.
This episode was more of a "Welcome Back" to catch fans up on what they missed during the break. Brooke had twins and their turning out to be a pain in the ass because all they do is cry. Fortunately Brooke and Julian are a power couple that approach every bad moment in life with some comical relief and an optimistic attitude. For this reason, Brooke has been one of my favorite characters throughout. She never focuses on the bad things because things could be a lot worse, but if her biggest problem in life are crying babies, than damn she is one lucky woman. Brooke also gives a lot of chances to people who don't really deserve them. In the past seasons it was to Victoria, but in this new season its to her father Ted. Heres hoping that this relationship doesn't head south.
As much as Haley moans and complains deep down inside she missed Chris Keller just as much as I did. Seeing familiar faces in Tree Hill is so heartwarming and you know whenever Chris Keller is around, trouble is not far behind. Only this time it seems that it is going to involve Miss Duprey and her boyfriend Chase. As sex addicted and infatuated with each other as they are, they are the couple on this show thats on a constant honey moon and Chris Keller can smell them out like new born babies and he will feed on that.... (Yeah I know this isn't Vampire Diaries I know I know, no feeding on people).
Who this creep trying to stalk Haley's household and Karen's Cafe is I'm not quite sure, but I don't feel too vested in the story line either way. I believe Tree Hill has had enough of their psycho-stalkers for the time being. Unless its Uncle Lucas popping back for a visit I'll take it, but than why would he be all cryptic and snoopy? I also don't understand the Clay and Quinn storyline? Sure Clay is sleep walking and we all know the dangers of that but why? Is he still under some pressure from the shooting? This brings me to my next point... I am not really sure what the first 2 minutes of the episode were all about because there was no specification as to how much time had gone by between the first scenes and the latter episodes. Why was Chris Keller working with Dan? Dan specified that his diner burned down when he reached out to Haley for help, but when he was in the car with Keller it seemed like they were watching his diner burn down so does that mean Dan is still a evil person and he is lying his way into Nathan's life? Who does Haley find under that white sheet? Does Nathan die? Why is Julian getting beat up and why is Brooke destroying her cafe? And why the hell is Chase being arrested? It is so typical of OTH writers to leave us with all these questions.
One thing is for certain, I have never been nor will I ever be a Clay and Quinn fanatic so if shipping off Clay to Europe is the only solution to Nathan getting more screen time than so be it. And may I emphasize the fact that Peyton should be running the cafe alongside her friends B. Davis and H. James as they exchange baby advice and bask in their hometown glory (check out that whole "Hello Brooke, Ohh I love that. Goodbye Haley, Ohh I love that" scene). These are precisely the scenes I love OTH for. And of course their opening quotes and always tasteful music.

"I never questioned her strength, just how she uses it"
One thing Pretty Little Liars has me hooked on is figuring out who A is. As they stood there in that greenhouse playing hot potato with a phone that started to ring, I wondered why these girls didn't just book it out of there I mean we were all pretty much fooled last week. The girls thought that they were fooling A but A was really playing them as he hired a decoy to do his dirty work, and that decoy was poor little Lucas. It actually bothers me a little bit that everything is rather handed to these four girls, yet they still don't know how to figure things out. Suddenly Emily gets a job at the crisis hotline and Lucas calls in with his problems and then the girls can listen in on the conversation. None of it really seems believable, but fine I guess I'll take it. So since Lucas screwed up the mission and lost the phone he had to kill himself or he had to kill Hannah? None of it seemed to make sense to me as it wasn't made obvious. When he rowed out onto the lake it seemed like he wanted to harm her, but why? She was the only one who didn't believe that he could hurt or harm her (which by the way also made me mad because I think the girls should know to trust each other over everybody else by now).
The Garett and Jenna situation has left me puzzled. The writers have a way of twisting and phrasing different situations to make it seem like more than it really is. From the conversation that Spenser and Toby witnessed between Garett and Jenna on the phone they were talking about how something got screwed up, how they shouldn't have hired another person, and they mentioned it was him. That would fit into the 2 being "A" and hiring Lucas to do their dirty work. But how could Garett and Jenna be A? She's blind and he's just not the type of guy to do work like that? So what the heck are they up to? And what was the conversation between Garett and Toby suppose to mean because it was odd and creepy.
The fact that Spencer is so freaked out that A has been in her lakehouse attic doesn't really mean much to me anymore because I am so used to A being everywhere. This also means that A could be anybody and anywhere at any time. Also sidenote, why were Mona and Noel swimming when Hannah was being abducted by boat? Did they have some part in this?
Interestingly enough the Ezra-Aria story still pulls at my heart strings. Her parents are being way to crazy about this. First off her father had an affair with a student so he's definitely not one to talk. They are focusing more on the situation rather than how happy he makes her daughter. I do understand that Ezra is probably like 23 and Aria is 16 but still that is no reason to go to such lengths, not in my opinion at least. Also an interesting thought occurred to me that Byron wanted to call the cops on Ezra, but Garett is dating Jenna and I believe it is the same age difference and they were very public and open about their relationship lately. Where is the fairness in that? I really hope this isn't the last of Ezria...

The Secret Circle is slowly turning into a show full of dark magic, but Cassie Blake is not convincing in the role of a "Balcoin/Blackwell" character. The show focuses mainly on the fight of good vs. evil but I have begun to question wheres the fine line between each?? I mean for a moment I assumed that Dawn Chamberlain was the evil character and after she and Thomas Meade killed Nick and Cassies mom that was pretty much what everyone was thinking. But than came Diana's grandmother and although she looked sweet and innocent she led blind and innocent Cassie to her death. So who can you trust on this show and who is actually fighting for the good and whose fighting for the bad? And where does Jake fit into that category? Cassie is powerful and she has bad magic in her but that doesn't make her evil does it? I think Secret Circle has a bit of explaining to do with this. We, as the audience don't understand because we are learning about everything right along with the characters.
Faye Chamberlain is a huge trouble sign. Her internal struggle for individual power is going to cause a lot of havoc. She has exposed herself to some cut boy that she is a witch and now she is on a mission to steal Cassie's power from her. Once again I am not even sure if power can be stolen, because we were never introduced to the "rulebook" on the powers of a circle and the individual powers of a member. As much as I like the lightheartedness and comical relief that Faye brings to the show, I want to see her get burned for being greedy and trying to become the most powerful person. In this she endangers the whole circle.
Now we enter a sort of love triangle thats a little bit more complex than those of lets say One Tree Hill. Diana and Adam broke up but they are still friends and she still loves him. Diana is also best friends with Cassie and Cassie according to others is Adams soulmate. But Cassie likes Jake, whose supposably a witch-hunter and may or may not have evil blood as well (and my theory that he's totally her brother). This might be one main reason Faye is jealous of Cassie and is trying to take away the one thing that is important to her. When Adam climbed up to Diana's room though and she got so excited only to be let down by the fact that he came to apologize to Cassie broke my heart. Boys can really be so insensitive. Who are you guys rooting for? Jake or Adam? I am just looking forward to when the elders get wind of Cassie's near death experience and then realize that magic has been exposed to the youth.

FINALLY. That is all I can say about this episode. I have missed The Vampire Diaries more than it is even possible to explain. And this episode definitely quenched my thirst.
Jeremy slowly rose from being one of the most useless characters to a kickass character to one that had the water works going. After friending Tyler he caught himself in a hybrid trap as he was stripped of his vervain and used as Klaus- bait. But never fear his guardian Alaric risked his life and saved Jeremy, who was under a compulsion spell the whole time. This was Klaus's way of saying "You've been warned." And the scary part is that Klaus will stop at nothing. In order to save her brothers life Elena had to do the hardest thing a sister could ever do... have Damon erase Jeremy's memory and compel him to leave town and never look back. I'm not quite sure if getting Jeremy out of town without any of their protection is the best idea, I mean Klaus can find him anywhere right? But before Jeremy made his exit off the show, he had his heroic moments as he stabbed a hybrid in the back and then cut his head off. (Thanks for the tip Tyler)
Elenas pessimism has started to become annoying. Damon is concrete; he gets drunk and makes everything humorous. Stefan also has found a way to turn a negative into a positive and flip the cards against Klaus. Elena should let go of Stefan emotionally, although that slap in the face and that tender "Go to Hell" was definitely needed, mainly to make herself feel better, and become a leader instead of a pawn in this whole game. Instead of feeling sorry for herself she should learn to play Klaus's game against him just like Stefan has. She lucked out with Rebekah as that is one alliance Klaus would have appreciated having but would Rebekah actually have enough balls to kill Klaus? Does this mean blondie actually knows how to kill a hybrid? This we might never find out but one things for certain, without an alliance, all Klaus has are empty hybrids that jump at his command... And what happens when one of them decides that Klaus's commands don't really work for him?
What the hell is in that coffin? Those dreams were a sign and one would assume that Bonnie would realize they were more witchy clues than just the same dream every night (thank you for the helpful hint Elena) but in her dream she saw Klaus in the coffin. Does that mean that Klaus's body is actually in the coffin and he is some immortal creature? What could be so important that he is so set on getting those coffins back because I am sure that it is not just his family that pulls and tears at Stefan's heartstrings.
The fight Damon had with Stefan led to a big realization. Stefan never lost his humanity. It is somewhere deep inside hidden away, but he does things in order to get revenge and to hurt someone that hurt him and the people he cared about. This is not a reason for Damon to feel bad about falling in love with Elena. Stefan is not the same person he was in season 1. Although he hasn't lost himself for good Klaus instilled a freedom and a curiosity in Stefan that Elena would not suffice. What happened between Elena was a long awaited kiss and it developed and tortured fans and the characters until it could torture no more. And in that moment, for those couple of seconds, time literally stopped moving. Elena was left speechless, but the question is where will this revelation of feelings take them? Back to the friends zone? Damon has come a long way since season 1. The dude started off being horrible and now he's the only one keeping everything toghether. He's helping Stefan fight Klaus, holding Elena up on her spirits, protecting her, saving Alaric's life, helping Jeremy get a fresh start. He has turned into a better version of Stefan. I can proudly say GO DELENA GO!
Other Thoughts - Do you guys think Tyler will rebel against Klaus? I say hell yes. -Where was Caroline. I missed her bubblyness. -Repeated question: What other family members are in those coffins? -Where was Matt? -I think Matt, Caroline, And Katerina went on a road trip together. This is outrageous. -How weird is it seeing Nanny Carrie, aka Crazy Melissa, on TVD as a nurse and potential Alaric love interest? It gives me the chills. I wonder how Stefan (Paul) feels about his wife kissing Ric... Love triangle anyone?

The winter premiere of Pretty Little Liars was on Tuesday and they still have not been able to close up so many of their loop holes I haven't expected more from the show anyways. One thing is for certain though.... We are going to find out who A is if it will be the death of a character!!!!!
As we see the Liars for the first time in a couple of months they are decked out in orange jump suits doing community service for all the stuff that went down a couple of months ago. Orange does not seem to be the best color for these ladies and apparently the pressure has gotten to all of them and strained their friendships in some pretty harsh ways. Spencer and Emily get into a fight which scores them 2 extra weeks of community service and there is much tension between Emily and Hannah in the house. Seems like its a 3 against 1 kind of fight.
Then we see that Emily is making deals with A? WTH? She is trying to make plans with him/her. Never fear though, the liars have set all of this up to trick A. Their not really fighting their just trying to mess with A's mind the way he has messed with theirs and show him that there is more to what meets the eye. After they have a verbal confrontation at the swim meet about a box with evidence, the deal with A is on. Emily is to get meet A in that creepy green house while the girls are hiding in the corners ready to attack him and unmask their psycho stalker. But as Emily enters the green house the other girls get kind of well... held up.
For starters we have Aria, who confronted Jackie (Ezra's crazy and still in love with him ex), which then made her tell Ezra that Jackie threatened to expose their relationship if Aria didn't break up with him. They acted like mature adults and decided that their love was real and it was time to tell Aria's parents. The results were not pretty and ended with Ezra getting punched in the face by Mike (to spare him from Aria's father) and Aria getting sent to her room. Thank God therapy has worked well on Mike who helped her sneak out from his bedroom window. Truthfully I think her parents are definitely overreacting I mean look at Ezra's face, how could you resist that?
Then we have Spencer who broke up with Toby for obvious reasons and blurted to him that his sister is dating the creepy cop. As she is running out the door to help Emily complete her mission Toby busts in telling her that she's changing and turning into Allison and causing unnecessary havoc. When a girl with so much baggage is getting framed and trying to find her way out of it, and she tells you to stay out of it for everyone's sake.... JUST LISTEN TO HER.
Lastly Hannah is held up at home because her father is coming to pay them a visit. After she deliberately stopped the wedding last season, her father got married anyways in some little courthouse and has now come to tell her and her mother that his new family is moving to RoseWood. Oh and that mean's crazy spoiled biatch step sister Kate is moving with them and attending school with, you guessed it, Hannah. Cant wait for that drama.
More importantly, most of the girls get their just in time as Emily is getting her butt kicked by A who is pretty pist off that the girls lied to him. As he is cornered by the girls he throws a brick at the glass window to cause a distraction and dips from the scene only to get hit by Hannah's car. Chase Chase Chase we skip to the end where the Liars realize that when Hannah hit A he dropped his cellphone. Cha-Ching. If they can crack that thing open they might just be this much closer to figuring out who A is. And once A realized he dropped his phone, he was not a happy camper. Also note, I say he because although there was speculation that A was Ali's twin, the figure of this person they were chasing was definitely a man's. Maybe A has a partner? Or maybe it really is Garett? The possibilities are endless. And despite the loopholes in the story I continue to tune in every weekend cause I am just so darn curious.
The wait is over and Revenge was finally back on the air last night. Although to my disappointment the episode was not as intriguing as the past ones.
Tyler was a lunatic. Do you all think we saw the last of him cause I'm not sure? It actually shocks me that Mrs. Grayson the one that had her security guard around all the time and had him do background checks on basically everybody, let some stranger into her house because he was a friend of Daniels. As we all know Daniel does not have the best taste in people, that should have been a warning label. But Tyler needless to say was not as dumb as he looked, even picking up on the GPS that was implanted in his cellphone and fooling Nolan Ross (who could have definitely taken Tyler on). Come on that knife wasn't even that big... If Nolan would stop being scared of everything this could have been resolved in a completely different way... Where was his security guard anyways?
My next question lies with Amanda Clark aka Emily Thorne. Did the real Amanda not inform Emily that her father was framed and he really wasn't behind the terrorist plot that blew up the flight? It seemed to me that during dinner when Tyler was threatening to shoot everybody and exposed pieces of the truth about Conrad, Amanda (Emily) was actually shocked. Then as she was heading home with Jack she seemed to be intrigued by what he said and wanted to dig deeper for the "real answers". So my assumption is that the real Amanda just informed her that her father was a terrorist and wanted her to live with that so she could come and get revenge on all these people low key?
The reason Mrs. Grayson is so infatuated with Emily is because she feels a connection to her. It was interesting to see when she met eye to eye with Amanda for the first time that she had a feeling it wasn't really Amanda. I'm interested to see how this is going to play out between the two ladies. And what's Emily's plot for Amanda? She mentioned her to the Grayson's and brought her to dinner to see their reactions and torture them sure, but does she believe that Mrs. Grayson is going to run Amanda out of the Hampton's or what? I don't think that the fake Amanda has enough knowledge on the case to prove herself though.... Jack is just kind of oblivious, and definitely still smitten on Emily, which he should be cause she is the real Amanda....
The relationship between the Graysons is one of interest to say the least. A couple so "in love" has turned to hate and manipulation, but Victoria has to hate Conrad much more as she is willing to forge papers that say she was really pregnant to void their pre-nup otherwise she knows she wont get anything. All is fair in love and war I assume, and as Conrad himself mentioned it, Victoria was once a nobody but it only takes a couple of minutes to learn how to function in their world. Also her scrap booking move, taking the idea from Emily and using it, very rico-suave Victoria. As Emily put it "how ." But whats best about Emily is that she could say so much and put so many people on the spot and she doesn't. It most definitely is one of her best traits.
Lastly, the real Amanda is pretty kick-ass. How she knows everything that she knows is beyond me, but its what draws me in every week. She probably has video camera's set up everywhere so that she knew Tyler was at Nolan's or she just has amazing animal instincts, either way she's not dumb enough to leave a handgun loaded. She was expecting Nolan. She knew he would turn on her and she knew there would be no bullets. She's ahead of the game, she's 2 steps ahead of everybody else- if not more. I honestly believe that revenge never gets old and if any of you guys wants to get some revenge on someone, you should use some of Amanda Clark's tactics.

Seems like All our favorite shows are coming back this week (with the exception of a few aka Ringer). So that means I am back to reviewing the episodes for you and providing you with videos, songs, pictures and quotes.
