"I thought maybe she was turning tricks, but whores don't make that much"
According to this weeks episode the past has a lot to do with how we act in our future. We encountered a lot of flashbacks into Siobhan's and Bridget's past to get a clearer understanding of just how damaged the relationship between these two is. Bridget never intentionally hurt Siobhan's son as I originally assumed. She wasn't even using at the time this happened. The reason for all her drug problems and what came with that was a result of this accident. Seems to me that both twins had a tough life, but while Shiv worked to keep her family prospering Bridget was the one that raised that boy. Thats probably why she is so deeply affected by everything even so many years later. I do think that she took it a little to far by forgiving Dillan as Siobhan. The way I see it, Shiv has become so bitter about life that she isn't able to forgive anybody at this point and it isn't up to Bridget to make those decision, whether she thinks Bridget is dead or alive.
Juliet's mother remains a mystery. After Juliet scammed her own father by accusing a teacher of sexual assault she is now stuck in a situation that is bound to get exposed, if not worse, eat at her soul. Is Carpenter really behind the beating of the third party involved? Sure seems like it. He did exactly what Juliet asked him to do... Silenced her. As of right now we aren't aware of anymore suspects, but I am assuming the whole ordeal is about to get a lot deeper and trickier. My question is what was this all for? It obviously wasn't a cry for help on Juliet's side. Is this her mothers way of getting cash out of Andrew? Juliet really is becoming a little puppet on a string. If she had thought about her actions for just one second she could have actually had a shot at a functional family... As functional as you can get with a twin sister pretending to be somebody else.
