Pretty Little Liars- Out of Sight Out of Mind

"Someone close to you will pay for your loose lips."
Oh how the roles have shifted. Not so long we saw Mona in the looney-bin, but now the breakup with Toby and the information that he's dead, has taken a huge toll on Spencer. Such a big toll that by the end of the episode, we couldn't even recognize her as the camera showed a girl who was physically there, but mentally was already on a different planet. Sometimes A's threats are irrational and nothing to worry about, but this threat "someone will pay for your loose lips," really meant what it said. The reason Spencer lost it was because she's mainly the reason that Toby is dead.

Lets take this back a little. Was Toby dead before or after Emily had started looking for him?? Emily had a point that the Toby they knew would never do such things. So what was the deal with Toby being A? Could he actually be alive. All we saw was his tattoo, but Spencer never saw his face. Also, why would A kill Toby? Was Toby only working for A because he wanted to keep the girls and Spencer safe? If he was really loyal to the A team, than A would not kill one of his own right? If he would that means everyone is doomed. And what was up with Mona wandering off into the woods leading Spencer to his body? Did she know that Toby was dead? Did she get a text and find out her partner in crime was no more and she went to check out the scene? What does Mona know that we don't and why is she targeting Spencer??

Honestly all this episode did is raise so many questions. Why did A target Emily and drag her out to old abandoned street were Toby used to work, where she waited 3 hours only to see a girl in a red coat walk into the factory. When she went in there she saw the same guy that she saw snooping around Toby's house. He knew her name and was definitely a 10 on the creepy scale. Who is the guy? Why does he know more than he's leading on? Why is this place significant? Who broke Emily's window and left her Toby's obituary?? What game is A really playing. But the better question is, while this was happening, Spencer was chasing Mona in some dark forest. So who was the person harassing Emily? Whose the other A? When the show starts getting innocent casualties just for fun, thats when things get really unfortunate. There is no reason why any game should become so dangerous. Maybe the person Emily was looking for in her mothers office (which would not be so easy by the way). The name that Toby used to go by, is actually his co-worker. But who is the blonde girl with the red coat? She's becoming less and less secretive. But is she really there? Everyone denies seeing her, except all the girls, but they can't all be hallucinating can they??

Hannah and her mother are in some deep stuff, thats for sure. A knows all, even if the cops don't. First of all we're left with the question, is Wilden dead or alive? Was Ashley just seeing things on the street or was her really there? But why would he just abandon his own car like that, with a recording of what happened. How did A get its hands on the car and get it into Hannah's garage as blackmail. And did no one see them drive that car out of Rosewood to a random lake, where they tried sinking the car. Just because the secrets under water doesn't mean its gone for good. Because of course, some random fisherman is going to be fishing in the pond and he's going to stumble upon the car and they will dig it up and find Hannah and Aria's finger prints and it will be another colossal disaster.

Aria does not need any more disasters in her life. Its bad enough that her ex teacher boyfriend now has a kid. That kid and his mother (Ezra's girlfriend Maggie) are moving to Rosewood so he can be closer to the kid. Aria is like almost as old as the kid, trying to play against the mother of this guys kid. She's not winning either. She babysat the kid and ended up having to rush him to the hospital for stitches and than she got kicked out of the room because she wasn't family. Talk about harsh life. So of course Ezra won't want her around him and his kid if he finds out she had something to do with sinking a police car that belongs to a missing officer thats leading the case of Alison. If that doesn't spell break up, I don't know what does. Although I will admit that seeing the way Aria and Ezra's kid bonded, was really special and I don't see a problem with throwing Maggie out of the picture to form a cute little Fitz family.

So many people are becoming suspects in the killings and even more people are becoming potential members of the A team. The show is twisting in such circles, that sometimes I can't even tell if the liars are all telling the truth. What worries me though is where Spencer's parents are throughout all of this and why they aren't helping her. Even when she got lost in the woods, why didn't her friends get worried when she wasn't there all night and into the morning. How could they not look for her, especially in that fragile of a state. Why is Mona the only one that knows she's in some creepy psych ward and why is she holding out the information from everyone. Did Mona plan it this way? Because it sure looks that way. She wanted her vengeance on Spencer and she got it. She tore the girl apart from head to toe and unfortunately, unlike Mona, Spencer isn't acting. I am glad to say that I feel the liars are making more progress connecting the whole Toby, Mona and the psychologist together. Obviously, the people they think are playing on their team, really aren't. No pun intended.

Memorable Quotes

  • Spencer: Toby is A.
  • Emily: The Toby I knew would never hurt any of us.
  • Aria: I just called a seven year old babe.
  • Mona: A little tip on the orchids, make sure not to leave them in direct sunlight. I did once. They didn't make it through the night.
  • Aria: I guess she's not who I thought she was.
    • Hannah: There's a lot of that going around.
  • Aria: I know things are going to change between us obviously, but the question is how much?
  • Aria: He thinks it'll work if we both try.
    • Ella: And maybe it will but its okay if you don't want it to.
    • Aria: I love him.
    • Ella: I know you do, but not every relationship is meant to last and sometimes the best thing to do is step back and give yourself a chance to breathe.
  • Hannah: Or Wilden could be alive or part of the A team.

Cult- You're Next

"Sometimes these things just snap right off."
I decided to give this new CW show, Cult, a try and I have mixed feelings. Basically it's a show within a show, which has potential of becoming to serialized and confusing. Tuesday's premiere did not debut to positive ratings drawing in a mere 950,000 viewers. Pathetic. In all honesty, the show probably deserved much better.

Jeff, whom we know is a reporter at some crappy magazine after he got fired from The Washington Post for fabricating sources in a story and imprisoning six guilty police officers, meets up with his brother Nate, who is a dedicated follower of the show The Cult that airs on The CW. Yes, Cult on The CW is a show in the show thats called Cult and airs on The Cw. Neat right? Self promotion at its finest. His brother has a past with drugs, so Jeff kind of blows him off thinking that he's just paranoid again. Nate leaves him with a contact to Meriam and some glasses.

While we follow Jeff to the WB studios where he meets Skye, a researcher on the show thats interested in the fan base that actually believes that once you get into this show the things actually start happening. Their like a cult following cultivated by the cult leader Billy Grimm. There is a little cafe that people go to, to watch the show and do research to dig deeper into their obsession. People dress up like the characters in the show and mimic what those characters do. Its really some kind of mind control thing. Well anyways, Skye and Jeff track down one of these places where people do secret meets and Jeff finds Miriam here. Before he can get any answers she utters the phrase, "sometimes these things just snap right off" which is a really popular phrase used in the show and by the people associated with the show in real life. What the phrase really means, no one knows but its used right before people die.

Well, these events lead Jeff to the police officer, who calls him out on his Washington Post firing and that he's suspiciously everywhere they go. At the end of the episode it is revealed that she has a cult tattoo, so she is a supporter or she organizes the whole thing. Also, there is some girl, that works at the meeting place cafe, that is eyeing one of the guys working on the show. When he leaves the set, she stumbles on him and that red car from the show pulls up and kidnaps him. This show has me wondering if the viewers of this show just cannot tell the difference between reality and fiction or if there are subliminal messages sent to the viewers?

Well Jeff it persistent on finding his brother, so he finds some DVD that he pops into his computer that basically puts all his information online and makes him accessible to the cult cyberspace. He gets a call from his brother, who is so mad that he put the dvd in and that he shouldn't come find him, before the call is interrupted again. Than Billy Grimm (the cult leader) pops up and says, You're next. What does that even mean? I mean Billy Grimm gives me the chilly willy's but is he really involved with the crimes being committed outside of the show or is he just an actor? How much potential does this show really have to grasp peoples attention before it gets way too confusing and complicated??

Memorable Quotes

  • Billy: I don't prey on anyone. I seek out no one.
  • Billy: They come because they want to belong. To be part of my unconditional love.
  • Marti/Kelly: He wants me out here tonight. He's never forgiven me for leaving
  • Billy: You were obsessed with me than and you're obsessed with me now.
  • Billy: But you have no idea how many followers are out there now.
  • Skye: Its not like any other show. It totally gets under your skin.

The Vampire Diaries- Stand By Me

"How do you hide from the devil when you don't know what he looks like."
RIP Jeremy Gilbert

So thats it huh? That's how its going to end for Jer? Just like that?? After all this time, all of his struggles and his ring can't even resurrect him because he's "supernatural." Where is Katherine. Bring her to me, so I could rip her apart for this. This episode was a game changer for everyone on the show, but especially Elena. She's lost everyone, so when her one and only brother is dead, well there's no turning back from that. Jeremy didn't deserve any of this. And after finally confronting the fact that he was dead, there is no way the writers could suddenly bring him back.

Sometimes, people come back from the dead and we expect it and we know its going to happen. This isn't one of those instances. That would involve deep and dark magic, that I don't believe in, nor do I want Bonnie to practice anything of that nature. Melting the bridge between this world and the other world is going a little too extreme. We've all lost people we love, we all want to see those people again. Who wouldn't want to see Jeremy, Aunt Jenna, Alaric, Vicki or Lexi again? But if that means bringing back all the "demons" and supernatural beings with them all, than I think not. Even Elena knew this idea was bad and she's in crummy shape. But we're missing the big picture here, which is the only reason Bonnie is believing everything Shane is saying is because it isn't Shane its actually Silas. That hint was given to us by one of the hunters, who stated that Silas is out there, dangerous and no one knows what he looks like. He took the shape of Shane, so he could use Bonnie for her magic and bring back everyone from the dead. This is exactly the same way he manipulated Shane. He gets inside people's minds and he lets people see hallucinations of things that will motivate them to do what he wants. Personally, nobody should have let Bonnie out of their sight with her crazy ideas spiraling out of control. These people don't learn.

I have got to hand it to the writers for creating drama that literally stopped time. When Elena was breaking down and screaming that it hurt. When Stefan didn't know what to do. When Damon had to calm her down. When she wanted to light the house on fire. The only way to stop her was to take her humanity. As much as I don't agree with Damon for doing what he did, there was no way to stop Elena from hurting and spiraling out of control. Humanity was all she had left, but she pretty much doesn't have any humanity left without Jeremy. When Stefan said, "What if one day you want to come home" and Elena replied, "I won't" and lit the place on fire- the house where we've spent so many days, night, happy and sad moments, that moment was really powerful. Of course she wont want to come back to the place where she lost everyone. It isn't even home anymore, its just a place of grief and sadness. But now we have to see whose going to be enough for Elena to keep her calm and sort of happy. Will it be Stefan? Or will it be Damon? I'm leaning on Damon, who was clearly in charge of the situation today.

I wish there would have been more communication between the characters. Like maybe Rebekah could have called Damon and let him know she found Shane. They have such a fun relationship in which they insult each other. They could keep each other informed. I wonder how long it will take them to make the connection that Shane isn't really Shane. And where is Klaus while all of this is going down? Is he running after Tyler? Is he meeting up with Katherine, as she tries to negotiate her life so she doesn't have to run anymore? It was also heartwarming to see Dr. Fell and Stefan share some alone screentime. They don't really have any personal connections on the show, but thinking that their actually married in real life was cute. Honestly, the person I feel the worst for is Matt. He lost his best friend Tyler whose now a hybrid, he lost his sister, he lost Caroline and Elena as his girlfriends and their both vampires, now he lost Jeremy, everyone around him is supernatural and he's the only one thats going to get old. Its really an unfortunate time for him. Although the episode was a short term finale and it was really good, it didn't leave us hanging as to what we should expect for March 14. Besides the fact that we don't know what will happen with Elena and what Bonnie's going to do under Silas' control, there isn't much anticipation being built up.

Memorable Quotes

  • Damon: Unless you're a blonde, a Bennett witch or a doppleganger, Stay clear!
  • Damon: Good, you can send flowers.
  • Stefan: Her denial is the one thing protecting her from all of it.
  • Damon: Better you than me.
  • Elena: you're mean to the people you care about.
    • Matt: That's some messed up logic.
    • Elena: Damon logic.
  • Rebekah: Sorry, I had to dig the arrow out of my back, thank you for that.
  • Damon: You are creepy.
    • Rebekah: Thank you.
  • Matt: It's ok to have hope cause sometimes thats all that keeps us going.
  • Stefan: Her humanity, that's all she has left.
    • Damon: Humanity means nothing when you have nothing to care about.
    • Stef: She has you.
    • Damon: She lost her brother. I'm not enough. Not this time.
  • Stefan: What if one day when this is all over you'll want to come home again?
    • Elena: I won't.

Pretty Little Liars Finale Spoilers

E! recently talked to Marlene King, the writer of Pretty Little Liars. She gave them a quick scoop on whats expected for the season finale, which I'm sure will be crazy!!!

"Well, prepare for even more craziness! "The finale is mind-blowing. The finale is very hot and we answer a couple of very big questions and we launch a new mystery that will take us into season four," creator Marlene King teases. "I hope fans are really excited about wanting the answer to that new question. It's a question fans have already asked, but now were addressing it."

What do you think that question is?? Will we finally find out how the leader of A is? Or who the girl in the red coat is?? What other questions could we possibly have??????? Yeah, don't answer that, it was rhetorical.

If you want to read the full article, which gives some spoilers about other shows like New Girl, 90210,  Parks and Recs, click right here > http://www.eonline.com/news/389702/spoiler-chat-scoop-on-pretty-little-liars-new-girl-nashville-parks-and-recreation-and-more

Pretty Little Liars- Hot Water

"I know whose helping Mona."
The demise of Spencer continues, only now, Spencer is no longer this depressed and sad puppy; she's fighting back!! Well at least starting to at least. There's only so many buttons A can push before Spencer snaps and shows A whose boss. But really, how can you be scared of A when you know that A is your ex boyfriend??? To me, its always scary when the villain in the movies wears a mask. But when the villain is exposed, facial wise, he's not so terrifying anymore. No one knows for sure that Toby is the one that locked Spencer in the shower at the end and left her that message about being overly jealous of Wren. "You get steamy with Wren, you get steamy with me! A." Excuse me, but wasn't Toby going out of town? And if you think about it logically, Toby is the boyfriend who messed up. Its almost as bad as if he had cheated on Spencer. He has no right to get mad if she's getting cozy with another guy. She's not your girl anymore Toby! You betrayed her. But realistically thinking, Melissa could also be the one that locked Spence in the steam room.

We're back to thinking Melissa could be the culprit. Donning that new hairdo, she is the only one that was in the house when Spencer went to "steam." She's the only one who knew that Spencer had been out with Wren because of that overly jealous comment she made about his cologne all over Spence. She could still hold a grudge against Spencer for stealing her fiance. Than when you add on the information we got from CeCe, that Melissa was also on the boat and took that picture of Wilden and Ali. Melissa has been a suspect since the beginning. We know she was at Ali's the night of the murder. Now we know that she was talking to CeCe about that vacation and calming down Ali and getting some tapes from her, right before Ali died. What's that all about? What could have been on those tapes besides everything we had already seen?

Also, has anyone thought of the possibility that this blonde haired, red jacketed leader, might be wearing a wig?? I mean, those things exist and A is cruel enough to play a lot of jokes on the girls. So maybe one of the jokes is to make them think that Alison is actually alive. I'm a little skeptical of the validity of CeCe's story. I mean, the girl has a record for lying claiming she doesn't know Wilden personally. Than she had that mysterious cameo in which she left Aria and Wes alone at her shop and lied to them about getting pulled over. What is she up to?? Now suddenly she's scared because Wilden told her something and she's fleeing town. She just doesn't seem like one that could be scared off so easily. I would say she is one of the top suspects in this whole who is the leader of the "A" team ordeal. She is blonde after all. She is manipulative like Ali. She knew about the pregnancy. Heck, maybe everyone knew about the pregnancy. Maybe the videos that got Ali killed are ones of her hooking up with Wilden.

Which brings me to the question; is Wilden the good cop or the bad cop?? Could he really have impregnated Ali? He has been very persistant to stay on this case and frame anyone he could possible lay his hands on, even his fellow office Garrett. The thought that these "rumors" are going around got him frantic, which is odd because if they are just rumors theres nothing to be afraid off. But the scariest part was his ordeal with Ashley. Creepazoid!!! Not only did he follow her out of the restaurant, but he filmed everything. Do the tapes make her look like she killed him? Or do they make him look crazy? I'm sure after they are altered to the way that A approves, it will put Ashley behind bars. Yet another secret that Ashley has with this man. I'm going to assume she didn't kill him when she hit him with her car. Let's recall Hannah was also hit like that and she survived. But where did Wilden go?? Why did he leave his truck abandoned like that? Was he getting help from someone? Someone like CeCe who was in such a hurry to leave her house because maybe their working together and fleeing Rosewood. Think about it guys.

Which leads me to my favorite little liar, Aria. Her relationship with Spencer is darling. Team Sparia for real. But her relationship with Ezra, well that's questionable. Things aren't really looking bright with the mother, who always says the things that hit closest to home. So what? Ezra has a kid. That doesn't change anything about the relationship that these two have. If only, it has made Ezra love Aria even more. But of course, the mother is evil and she's going to now try to push Maggie and Ezra to be together and leave Aria out in the cold. I mean isn't that what the whole "she's selling my condo, I don't have a place to live" move about? This way Maggie will have to move in with Ezra and their going to have to become a family in order to support their son and Aria will be moved out of the picture. Especially when Ezra finds out about her romantic encounter with Wes. Oh those damn Fitz boys.

Amidst all of these story arcs that the writers throw at us (which don't let us get bored for even a second) the mission is and always will be who is A. While Spencer will fill the girls in on Toby next week, ahh so exciting, right now Hannah and Emily took matters into their own hands. Finding out who got the queen of hearts costume could be key to finding out who killed Garrett and who the mastermind behind everything is. This was also key because of the tension between Shawna and Paige, whom we found out are ex-lovers. Will this affect Emily and Paige's relationship? I definitely think so, especially because Paige was acting really shady. And even if they do figure it out who the mastermind is, the questions than become why did Mona and Toby actually follow what this person had to say? Is it because they used to be made fun of and now they had power. Was it worth the risk? Screwing up a friendship with Hannah and a relationship with Spencer. What's to come is truly exciting.

Memorable Quotes

  • Mrs. Montgomery: I've known you all of your life and you were always the person to bounce back from disappointment.
  • Hannah: Seriously you're looking for sympathy from the girl whose boyfriend took a bullet to the gut?
  • Aria: You're not the only one who could use a little team sparia!
  • Aria: I know that you don't want a friend right now, but that doesn't mean that your friends don't need you.
  • Hannah: Toby is as loyal as a labrador.
  • Hannah: Just because we all got in the habit of thinking the worst of people doesn't mean its true.
  • Aria: It's like my relationship just went from high school to minivan.
  • Melissa: But no company is better than bad company.
    • Spence: What's that suppose to mean?
    • M: I bought Wren that cologne.

90210- Brother From Another Mother

"I don't care what Naomi needs in her life because all I need is you."

Its been awhile since I've watched 90210 or even reviewed it for that matter and mostly because I thought the show was getting really dull and tacky. Well to my surprise, as a serialized T.V show I was completely lost trying to get back into the swing of things today. The last sporadic episode I watched was the Wizard of Oz one when Annie got shot, which I only tuned into because it looked like a lot of fun. Well anyways.

Naomi is always up to something trying to fill this void in her life; this void of being "unloved." At the early age of 20, barely beginning life, she is already divorced from her husband. She's had altercations with her mother and a falling out with her father. Basically, being loved by someone has just been really complicated for Naomi. Well maybe thats because she just wants to mess with everyones lives. As she reaches into her past and digs up a step-brother, tadaaaa, she goes out of her way to make him a part of her life whether he wants to be or not. After a horrific car accident and his taco truck catching on fire, she finally gets his approval to open up a restaurant with her at the Offshore. Who could blame the poor guy for being hesitant after this random girl shows up claiming to be his sister and than won't leave him alone till he agrees. Well is he agreeing because he genuinely wants family or because he's not dumb and he can tell that Naomi has a lot of pocket change.

In case you don't really recall because it this is what we call some really bad storytelling and writing, but Naomi's mother had an affair with Dixon and Annie's dad, which makes them all half- somethings. Yeah, it gets confusing. Well Annie was kind of freaking out about the whole we have a new "half-brother" thing and she didn't want Dixon to find out, in fear that all the stress he's dealing with because of his break up with Ade and his record label loosing acts would lead him back toward drugs. Yet another bad part for the writers. Well Dixon didn't really freak out because well why would be? He's adopted, so the guy that slept with Naomi's mother isn't really his real dad so at this point, the only person he knows to be his family is Annie. Their relationship is like the rock in his life and that's good story-telling. So yeah, now we have this huge and big happy family going on. Just wait till the story's start rollin' in.

Liam is suffering from PTSD since he was going to get shipped in a box to Mexico and sold for drugs. Really? Has Liam not gone through enough. I feel like every girl he meets is some psycho thats just trying to hurt him and take control of his life and his money. Than he goes on this whole relapse where he just punches random people at random times during the episode. Clearly, this kid has some unresolved issues. But finally, he's taken the psychologists advice and is getting some treatment. I'm not sure if that's the kind of treatment she was referring to but hey the guy is trying. Just wait till next week, when our favorite couple, the on-again, off-again, Annie and Liam finally fall in love again. Maybe that will set him straight once and for all and will calm Annie down from falling in love with a priest again.

The most genuine and intriguing story arc in this whole show is Silvers want to have a baby and her inability to have one, which leads her to a surrogate, McKayla. McKayla is Shane's cousin and will be having Silver and Teddy's baby, but I'm not sure she's the right person for the job. First off, you can tell by her bratty attitude that she's not taking this seriously. All she wants is to get paid to live in L.A. She has fallen for Navid, who oddly enough is Silver's ex and wanted to have a baby with her. She is out drinking and partying and stating that Silver is too wrapped up in everything baby. Well, hello, she is paying you to have her baby. Sure, people do it everyday but when you cannot have one yourself it kind of puts a whole new twist on things. And now since Dixon discovered that she is this awesome singer and he's been looking to sign someone to his new label, I doubt she's going to be hopping on that baby train for 9 months. Truthfully, if Silver wants that baby she's going to need to find someone much older and more responsible because this girl is a dead end. I mean she cant possibly become a star while she's pregnant.

Otherwise, Navid's dealing with problems his new fraternity or what not. Ade is taking a break from the industry after she realized that her image is now branded as the girl who took her top off. Recovering from that wont be easy so she might as well just hop on a group project with Silver to rekindle their friendship. I wonder what use they will have for that taco truck. With everyone moving in new directions and living life to the fullest, the rest of the 90210 season looks promising. But how much longer can they stretch these stories, I'm just not sure. All I can say is they gained a new viewer today!!!

Revenge- Sacrifice

"RIP: Amanda Clarke"
With that kind of finale, of course Revenge is going to be on hiatus for a bit. While this episode took place mainly in one place, on the sea, there was a lot that had to go into it. We came full circle to that first episode with the "Amanda" as a sunken ship. A little cliche if you think about it since the real Amanda ended up in the water in a Titanic-esque goodbye as well. The episode, Sacrifice, couldn't be more perfectly titled. In order to get exactly what you want, you must sacrifice everything you love.

Firstly, there has never been more disgust felt on my part towards the Grayson's than on last nights episode. Of course, people do things to protect themselves and cover their own butts, but to throw people under the bus for no apparent reason is just beyond them. After killing Helen Crowley, they played it off as though she actually left Grayson manor and made it back home. Than Victoria planted the evidence on Amanda Clarke, with vengeance against the poor girl who took a play by play from Victoria's book in order to protect her family, by manipulating Conrad. The bitch had it coming Victoria??? No, I think you've had it coming and your time is long overdue.

Sure, Amanda should not be taking matters into her own hands, but rather asking Emily for help. But at this point the story delves much deeper for her as she has a child of her own and feels like her family is being threatened, which they are. Conrad wanted ownership of the stowaway, which Jack and Declan have fought so long to protect. They even stooped to letting the evil brother's take part ownership in order to salvage their fathers memory. In a way, all of this could have been avoided if they just let them take the stowaway, moved somewhere away from all the crazies and just lived a normal life with their newborn baby. But lets be realistic. So as the honeymooners sailed off on their honeymoon, Nate was hiding on the boat waiting for the perfect time to strike while they were at sea. And he did.

Well thankfully, Emily has a cunning eye and was able to spot him hiding away in the picture. Her and Nolan got their detective skills on to go save Jack and Amanda. While they were on the move, Jack and Amanda were fighting with Nate, whom was after the computer that Amanda had, which held all the evidence that could incriminate Conrad. Really, why he was doing this all for Conrad is beyond me. So he wanted to take over the stowaway. There have got to be easier ways of achieving this than holding people captive in the middle of the ocean.

Nevertheless,  Conrad and Victoria were throwing a gala for Conrad to announce that he's running for mayor. The initiative was after Victoria and Conrad to find out what happened to Crowley. See, just cause you get rid of one doesn't mean you get rid of them all. Victoria led them towards Amanda Clarke, which seems to be their next mission. Meanwhile, Padma and Aiden were working together to get ahead of the initiative and see if her father was still alive. Things didn't look to uplifting when she found out that he was most likely dead and she was their next target if she didn't get the right version of the program Carion from Nolan.

Well, long story short in a dramatic twist of events, Jack ended up getting shot. Amanda threw him on an inflated life boat so he was away from the danger while she stayed on the boat to battle Nate. When Emily and Nolan finally reached Jack he had lost a lot of blood and was unconcious. Since Emily's love for Jack is so selfless, she jumped on the inflatable life boat while Nolan took Jack back to shore to get him to a hospital. Meanwhile, Amanda ended up flooding the boat in an attempt to take over Nate. To her rescue came Emily, who basically kicked Nate's ass. "Who are you?" he asked? "You'll never know," she replied. Boo-yah. As they faught, they shot open a propane tank and in the last few seconds before jumping ship into the lifeboat Emily had set up, Amanda climbed to get her necklace and saw Nate switch on the lighter as the ship exploded. When Emily finally found Amanda in the water, she ended up dying in her arms after she asked Emily to take care of Jack and the baby for her.

This scene was so devastatingly sad. Although I am not an Amanda fan, the fact that these two had grown to be sisters. They were there for each other always. They switched lives and were basically dedicated to each other. And because the necklace Amanda went to get back wasn't from Jack, it was a necklace that Emily had given her. Although Emily loved Jack she let Amanda be with him and live her memory through Amanda. And now she just died in her arms. Just like that. It was interesting to see that despite her best efforts, Emily just couldn't control this. She couldn't do anything to help Amanda and now things are going to get a little bit more complicated for Emily. She of course, still has revenge that she needs to get on the Grayson's. Her need for this revenge will become even greater. Than her relationship with Aiden, that's already strained by her fake relationship with Daniel, will be compromised as she has promised to take care of Jack, whom she ultimately loves and would do anything for. And in the midst of everything, she is now on motherly duty. How can a girl even handle all of this?? I wonder if she ever stops to think that maybe all of this revenge is just not worth it. Technically, Amanda Clarke is dead. Thanks to the Grayson's who killed her father, they have now killed his only daughter, with basically no shame. The initiative will be disappointed to find out that they cannot unleash their wrath on her. Of course, the Grayson's wont be moved by any of this, but those around Emily will be off their game for quite some time. That's if Jack even does survive. In a weird set up, Emily looses her best friend, but gains back the love of her life. You can't have your cake and eat it too I guess.

The Vampire Diaries- Sneak Peak "Stand By Me"

"This town, this crazy world we live in. It's okay to have hope."
The new extended trailer for The Vampire Diaries Season 4 Episode 15- Stand By Me looks really intense, mainly because things are looking pretty bleak for Jeremy's survival. Elena goes into a rampage  once the reality that her brother might be dead hits her. Also, if you pick up on a little clue Stefan stresses to Damon that Jeremy was "one of the five hunters." What could that mean? Is the effect of Silas' resurrection more intense when it happens thanks to a hunter??? Aside from all the speculations though, its heartbreaking to hear Damon utter, "I'm not enough. Not this time." He looks so miserable. Could this be a reconciliation push for Stelena??? I don't think I'm ready for that. Also, first the return of Katherine and now Meredith. This is just too exciting, but this episode will be heart wrenching, heart breaking and a clear turning point for all of the characters, as well as the fans. Check out the preview below.

The Cult vs The Following

CULT
I've noticed that networks seem to follow trends and its quite obvious that The CW's newest show "Cult" is pretty much a knock off of Fox's "The Following." Its not surprising since "The Following" is doing relatively well for the network, although it hasn't been able to grasp my curiosity. It will be interesting to see how the shows differ from each other, if they do at all.

What intrigues me about "Cult" is the idea behind the story and the character casting. Robert Knepper is cast as Billy Grimm, the guy who everyone follows. If anyone recognizes the name Robert Knepper, he's the guy that played "T-bone" on Prison Break and he's brilliant at playing a maniac/psycho. Matthew Davis is also cast, and for those Vampire Diaries fans, he's better know as Alaric Saltzman. Another lead character is Jessica Lucas, whose better known as Riley on Melrose Place. The show lasted only half a season so hopefully Cult makes it a little further. Whats exciting to me is that The CW always uses ex-cast members from different shows in their new and upcoming ones. You have to keep it in the family I guess.

Cult will premiere on February 19, 2013 and follows a journalist (Davis) and his production assistant (Lucas) as they investigate murder mysteries, linked with a T.V show titled Cult. So really, its a show within a show, which might be the differentiating aspect from "The Following." Are you intrigued yet? If not, check out the trailer below.

The Vampire Diaries- Down the Rabbit Hole

"Until we find a way."
What a cliffhanger, the writers and producers have left us with!! Its almost as if this was a mid-season finale. The gang got so much closer to the cure, almost too close, since the cure might not actually be as beneficial as we thought it would be.

How many times will we have to say goodbye?? Until they find a way, I guess. But will they ever? Klaus made it clear, that no amount of love for Caroline, will make him revert his vengeance against Tyler. I mean, why would it? Not only has Tyler pissed him off multiple times by turning his hybrids against him and threatening to kill him, he's dating the girl that Klaus loves. His love for her, let Tyler get a head start on leaving town, but if he finds him, he will kill him. This kind of behavior is what differentiates Klaus from Damon and is the reason why Caroline cannot find love for Klaus anywhere in her heart. Basically, Tyler is the brand new Katherine, on the run from the evil hybrid vampire for the rest of his eternal life. Nevertheless, that scene was not a optimistic Valentines day scene. The waterworks were definitely in full affect, only because out of all the couple on this show, Caroline and Tyler are the ultimate definition of pure love.

Speaking of Katherine, we've been wondering where she's been hiding ever since her last flea. Well it seems that she has been ahead of everyone and has been waiting for the whole gang to arrive so she could wake Silas. But how did she know anything about Silas?  Why would she want to wake Silas? Is it because she wants the cure? If anyone has got the whole being a vampire thing down, its Katherine, so why would she want the cure? Is her mission also to give the cure to Klaus? Even if that was her idea, that would mean she has to get close to Klaus, and she's been running from him for 500 years because he despises her and wants to see her dead, so that idea seem to be ruled out. But if that would be the case, than I guess what she did was really in everyones best intention, well except Jeremy's.

While Jeremy was trying to pry to cure from Silas' frozen hands, Katherine just flew in impersonating Elena and fed his blood to the immortal soul. But would the director's really kill of Jeremy?? If Jeremy dies, that means that Elena has lost everyone that she loves forever, which just means she's on the verge of a crazy spree. Aside from the fact that she has this love for Damon and Stefan, that kind of love cannot replace the love of her closest family members. Especially with Jeremy, they have gotten so much closer since the very first season. They've bonded over loosing family members, Jeremy has coped with having his sister turn into a vampire, she's accepted him becoming a vampire hunter and they've worked on their relationship so that he doesn't want to kill her. Their basically the closest two people there could ever be, so loosing her brother would just be horrible. Fans have to hold tight till next week to see if he survives after he's been drained of his blood by Silas. Also, if Jeremy does end up dying, Elena will hunt Katherine down, even if it kills her.

The most interesting part of this episode is the theme of "hurting and betraying people when you finally reach something you want." Klaus let Rebekah know that according to the sword and the map, there was only one dose of the cure. Rebekah wasn't greedy, she let Stefan know that there was only one cure. She than proceeded to break his neck and kill him when she realized that if she would give him the cure, he would feed it to Elena. Betrayed!!!!!! But what goes around comes around and after she finally reached the cave, she got shot by the other vampire hunter, which made it possible for Elena to get there with Stefan. Stefan stayed behind to help Damon, who was held captive the whole time as leverage for the vampire hunter. This is where Damon's selflessness came in. He was completely down, hurt and abused. He knew Elena wanted the cure and despite his need for the cure, he told Stefan to go help Elena get it. He trusted Stefan enough to be Elena's accomplice. He than helped Rebekah and took the bullets out of her. Things are really changing him. But despite everything, no amount of love will stop someone from doing something that benefits them.

Yet, its great that there is no cure. It would be to easy and pretty pathetic if Elena was fed the cure and became a human. They need more spice. In order to kill Silas, you must feed him the cure. In order to make Klaus human, you need to feed him the cure. No one wants Silas alive and no one wants Klaus to go on a killing rampage for killing Cole. But theres only one cure. In order to get the cure, you must raise Silas, whose got him own vengeance and need to kill everyone for being buried alive for so many years. Katherine took care of the cure, but now what will happen with it? How will the story with Silas unravel? The only reason that Shane was looking for Silas was because Silas went into his mind and made him believe that he would be able to see his family again. Its pretty much all a hoax as he makes you see the people that died that are closest to you and tries to lure you in to waking him up. Which means that Silas has a plan of his own, and I doubt that would be to spare anyone from death.

Moving on to the relationship drama within the show. Rebekah was jealous seeing Elena and Stefan bond over being "friends", which was compelling to see since it just indicates how serious their relationship has gotten in the time that Elena and Stefan broke up. But at the same time, Stefan still cares about Elena and I think in the back of his mind he still wants to be with her. Elena clearly loves Damon, but I think Damon is scared that he just can't be good enough for her, despite all the changes that have been happening to him, which are changes for the better. Now with Tyler on the run, the relationship between Caroline and Klaus will have more freedom to develop and I'm sure Klaus will pursue it. Finally, it seems quite unfortunate that at the same time that Bonnie and Jeremy have been bonding and rekindling their friendship, which could potentially, lead to a new relationship, Bonnie gets stabbed and Jeremy may or may not survive. Also, what does this new vampire hunter have to do with anything? What's his role in everything? I guess we have to wait until next week, although I'll probably clenching my paws in anticipation till than.

"So can I have a moment, Just to say hello. Can u let your anger go? It's been a long year And I'm finally ready to be here."

Pretty Little Liars- What Becomes of the Broken-Hearted

"Watch me not be Spencer Hastings anymore"

Pretty Little Liars weaves characters in and out of episodes, which makes it hard to keep track of whose good and whose bad. Well, actually its not that difficult because every character thats ever been put on the show has some kind of ulterior motive and presents us with a moment that makes us doubt their every move. That was the case this week as we delved further into the story of CeCe, Ali, Wilden and the summer that murdered Ali. Although aside from that storyline, nothing really moved forward this week. No questions were answered. Wilden wasn't confronted. Toby is still missing or just doing the dirty work without being seen. Ezra hasn't returned from his trip to meet the son he never knew he had. Spencer still hasn't told the girls Toby is A. Everything just kind of moved in slow motion setting the scene up the coming weeks.

We always knew Wilden had a connection to Ali. We knew that he was very immersed in her murder case and tried pinning the murder on the girls. Well maybe the reason he was trying to blame the girls for everything was because he was covering up for something he did. We didn't know that at the time, but from recent discoveries, the idea that Ali was pregnant with Wilden's child seems very probable. But aside from Wilden, CeCe plays a huge role in Ali's dissapearance. What makes her seem very suspicious in this episode is when Emily asked if she knew about Wilden being with them in the summer she said she didn't know of him, which is clearly a lie since they are all in a picture together. As you may recall, there was also that one flashback that she had where Ali was crying saying that she was late. This was also probably referring to her and Wilden's relationship. But can any of these accusations be proved now? Do they even matter? Could Wilden have killed Alison for being knocked up? Could CeCe have been in love with Wilden and killed Ali cause she was jealous.  Than theres the question of why she wanted to get so close to Aria. She asked her to come and shoot some footage for her website, inquired about her boyfriend and than basically tried pushing Aria to go for the younger brother. Whats in it for her? She left them alone and clearly lied about getting towed, but why? Where was she and what was she doing? Was she the one that was responsible for Jason's elevator accident? Did she know that they were onto Wilden? And lastly the question on everyones mind. If Alison is really dead, is CeCe the girl in the red cloak calling all the shots???

For quite sometime fans were convinced that Jason might have been part of the A team. He's not, but that doesn't mean he isn't a target. As a concerned brother trying to find out what happened to his sister, Jason has made allies with all the wrong people for information. He's been close to Mona to find out who dug up his sisters body since she's the only one who knows (probably cause she did it.) But for someone to get kidnapped from a hospital after getting brutally injured in a elevator fall. While that whole event seems pretty unlikely, it does make you wonder who could have kidnapped him. Mona wouldn't have enough strength to just pick up some guy and rush him out of the hospital. Could Jason have done this willingly? But that would mean that he wanted to disappear from the hospital. So coming full circle, maybe he is part of the A team.

Aria is in for some trouble. Ezra has been missing from the picture for quite some time now as he's getting to know his son and possibly snuggling up to his high school lover and Aria's been spending some quality time with little Fitz. And by little Fitz, I mean his younger brother whose got a kind of delinquent side to him. Than bam, they end up kissing. We all knew it was going to happen, but in a way I felt sort of betrayed. Betrayed for Ezra, who clearly doesn't deserve this at a time when he's going through so much. See, this is why you don't date girls in high school. How will this affect the Ezria relationship? Can we basically say this is their ending and she will start dating someone her own age?

Quite frankly, the most enticing character right now is Spencer, whose slowly falling into the role of Mona. I mean, she's not technically crazy in the psychotic sense, but she's mentally unstable. Who could blame her though? She was perfect all her life, down to the nitty gritty. Than this bomb is dropped on her. Her friends turn their back on her. Mona's trying to sabotage her. And after everything that happened with Mona, people are actually taking her side. It just shows you how gullible people can be or how manipulative Mona can be. She's getting exactly what she wants though and I wouldn't be surprised if Spence ended up in Radley pretty soon. I think telling the girls that Toby is part of the A team would be really beneficial as they might be a good crutch for her to lean, while allowing her to keep her sanity.  Also, it was great for Melissa to show up for one episode. We almost forgot she had a sister.

Lastly, Hannah's a sweet girl and despite everything that has happened in her life with A she still gives people the benefit of the doubt. What she wanted was to do a good thing. She wanted to hook Caleb back up with his father. Every boy needs a father, And while the whole ordeal looked promising, like I said every character has a flaw. Calebs "uncle" seems to have a sticky hand. Stealing from the church is the lowest of the low, but if he's capable of that, than what else is he capable of. Did he manipulate Hannah into feeling sorry for him because he wanted to build a relationship with Caleb to get some of the mothers money? Whats his reasoning for needing to be in his sons life?

Memorable Quotes

  • Hannah: I think people would know if Spencer was here. They'd run for cover.
  • Aria: And give her a riddle. She needs to use that part of her brain again.
  • A: If you rat out T, I take down on of your 3. A
  • Spencer: Yeah I was just about to put out a new doormat that say go away.
  • Spencer: But everything in life is a risk and you like to gamble.
  • Hannah: If I stand up again its to pee and I'd rather do that in my pants than leave you two alone.
    • Uncle: Classy girl.
    • Caleb: Too proud.
  • Emily: Who do you think would do something like that?
    • Jason: Alison.
  • Aria: I'm guessing CeCe made a few stains herself. Ok that came out wrong.
