Pretty Little Liars- Birds of a Feather

"You can leave Rosewood, but Rosewood will never leave you."

Birds of a feather featured little to no action. Really, the only thing we found out from this episode is that Melissa is the black swan and that when confronted, everyone has an alibi that makes them look like they are victims of A's torment. But is that really the case? It seems hard to believe that Jenna pretended to be blind all this time because she was scared and hiding from someone. Now, its seems hard to believe that Melissa is this innocent and fragile creature, who dressed up as the black swan for the masquerade ball only because she was threatened into doing so. Sure, her alibi seems logical, but there has got to be way more to the story. Those two are definitely not innocent.

In lighter news we found out that Spencers mother is defending Garett only to keep Melissa from ruining the family name. Quite pathetic if you ask me. Melissa deserves to get punished for whatever involvement she has had in ruining her sisters life. She faked being pregnant so she is responsible for the death of Ian??? I don't see the correlation, but all I know is she is definitely not as innocent as she seems. There are so many actions of hers that have yet to be explained. All we know is that Mrs. Hastings is covering up for her daughter who faked a pregnancy and who may or may not have killed Allison and Ian. And with all that knowledge in our pocket, it really irks me that every chance Spencer gets, she tries to prove her family innocent. "Thats only an assumption, we don't know for sure," she says. Yes, we do Spencer. You're family is crazy!

All mysteries  and sick jokes aside, A is really torturing these girls and harming their personal life.  Last season Spencer lost Toby because she was protecting him from A. If he knew too much, he would be in danger. Than Emily went through an alcoholic phase when she found out that Maya was murdered. Now Hannah has lost the love of her life Caleb because in order to protect him she had to keep the truth from him. Secrets and lies are the one thing that can ruin a relationship and although Hannah was going to tell Caleb that A was actually still out there, despite having Mona under psychotic lockdown, she couldn't. A was one step ahead of her, and apparently all the way in Montesito where he made sure to show Hannah that if she blabs, he will hurt the people she loves. My question is, how the hell is A all over the world? And that question brings us to the topic of Nate. Although Emily has welcomed him with open arms, I wouldn't be so sure he is telling the whole truth. With everything that these girls have been through, you would think they'd be a little more weary of who they surround themselves with.

The truth will eventually come out, one way or another. After Jason issued a 50,000 thousand dollar reward for any information on who dug up Allison's body, it seemed his investigation would lead to a dead end. He even wanted Spencer to believe that he was pulling the trigger on it. So why did he write out a check? Who was he meeting in the park in 15 minutes? Was it the detective whom hinted at Spencer that he knew they weren't at the lake house that night? But how does he know? Could it have anything to do with his visit with Mona? Did she tell on the liars and give him that photo of them by the empty grave??? Truthfully, it is all just a jumble on nonsense to me. Everyone is suspicious. The amount of secrets floating around in Rosewood means that the mystery might never be solved. It might just be a hunch, but Ren and the detective are working with Melissa, Garett, Jenna and Lucas.  They are the A team. I just haven't really figured out why. All I know is that if the detective has that picture, the little liars are screwed. Royally.

Pretty Little Liars- Kingdom of the Blind

"I am way more angry than I am scared now."

So many revelations yet no explanations as to what they mean to the storyline. For one we know Jenna has not been blind since her first operation. After Hannah confronted Jenna about this we find out that Emily was in fact in Jenna's car that night, but Jenna isn't the one who kidnapped her. Jenna actually found Emily wandering the streets alone. Does this mean Emily really wasn't kindapped or framed? Does this make Emily guilty. Now that the liars know Jenna's secret are they in more danger than if they kept that knowledge to themselves. They didn't really prove anything by confronting Jenna. All the found out was that she claims to have been pretending to be blind because she fears someone. Could it be possible that Jenna is a victim of A as well, or is this just her cover up to the liars??? Is she on the A team or threatened by the A team?? It's hard to say since we see what a good actress she really is. She had everyone fooled.

Medical records don't lie. That simple sentence from Garrett is what led to the discovery that Jenna can see. But was he really talking about Jenna or about Melissa. After Spencer's thorough investigation we found out that Melissa never actually went to the hospital as she claims she did, which means that she either was never pregnant or lost the baby much earlier than she led on. The writers want us to believe that she lost the baby earlier, so when was it? Why is that so relevant to the story? Why did she pretend? Is Garrett really the father? There is way more to Melissa's pregnancy story than we can even begin to imagine. Melissa's character is one that I cannot seem to figure out. What is her involvement to the night of Ali's death and to A. Is she on the A team? How can your own family be working against you. Must be in the gene's. After all, Spencer's mother is defending a man that she was just telling Spencer to avoid because he's dangerous. What? It seems that the liars are the only ones that are blind on this show.

If one thing is for certain, its that A knows everything. Although what Aria's mother did for Emily was very noble, it is also something thats definitely going to get her fired in the long run. And now Ezra's involvement has screwed things up even more. For poor Em, things are not looking to bright. Well, if A knows everything the question is how. We know for a fact that Lucas is working with Mona. He wouldn't just visit her for no reason. He is also the birdy that delivers all the current news to Mona. Question is why does he do it? Lucas knows a lot more than he admits. Whenever he talks in riddles its as if he's saying a thousand things and nothing at the same time. He knows something horrible is going to happen to the liars and its almost as if he's proud of it. Proud to be hurting the one person that was his friend when he needed one. And Although Mona might be faking it, there is clearly something not right with her. I cannot seem to figure out what her game is, but being in the mental institute is exactly what she wants right now. She acts all innocent around Hannah but she is just planning the next hit against her friend.

The last question I have burning a hole in my mind is who is in the casket? Ice keeps a body "alive" technically, which means that inside that casket where A put his/ her liquor, must be a body. Is it Alison's? Maya's? Or are they both alive and part of the sick twisted game that's being played. Also why is A keeping the casket as his liquor chiller. What could be so important that A has to keep it so close to him. What evidence is in the casket? The fact that Ali was never actually buried in it to begin with? But I'm sure the girls had to have seen her body in it. Was it Ali's twin sister? Was the story from Halloween true?

Pretty Little Liars- Blood Is The New Black

"I'm ready to hang a sign: bitch can see."

The mystery of A continues to haunt Aria, Spencer, Hannah and Emily. With each episode the threats become more and more dangerous as things from Ali's casket have started appearing in the girls purses and lockers. Things they once thought they put away forever are coming back to haunt them in a big way, digging the girls into bigger holes.
We know for certain that Jenna isn't blind. While that isn't news for us, it is for the little liars. With this information linking Jenna to the night that Ali's body was stolen from her casket, the liars might actually have a case. That leaves the rest of us wondering, how is Jenna connected to all of this? Who is she working for? Why is it her intention to frame the girls??? There are so many unanswered questions, but overall why does Jenna insist on torturing the girls and making Ali's memory live on??

It is fairly obvious that Mona is faking the whole "psychotic" thing and truthfully, Hannah doesn't give her best friend enough credit. The girl might be faking (although I think she has lost some of her marbles), she is a genius. I'm not sure what she is going to use those tweezers for or why she is cutting herself (maybe to frame Hannah and make it seem like she's hurting her?) All we know for a fact is that Mona knows a lot more than she is letting on. For all we know, the plan for her to go to a mental institute was exactly what "A" wanted.

Who is the black swan? There have been multiple references to this mysterious person and all we know for a fact is that she was at the Rosewood dance the night A was semi revealed and she was working with Lucas and Jenna. But who is she?? Does she go to Rosewood? Could the brown haired mystery actually be Alison with a wig on?? We don't even know for certain if Alison is really dead. If Jenna were to actually steal Alison's body (or remainders) from the grave she would need a lot more help. To kidnap Emily, she would need help. We never actually saw Alison's body in a casket, which makes me wonder that she might still be alive. Furthermore, what is Garrett's connection to everything. He knows a lot more than he has led onto. He knew about the grave, he knew who dug it up and he knew Jenna wasn't blind. And if Spencer's mother think he is drop dead guilty, why is she his lawyer? Could she possibly be getting threats from A as well? In light of the situation, the adults are always a lot more cryptic and have way more secrets that they are hiding than the little liars.

It has been nice seeing Ezra and Aria together openly and the fact that her mother has semi-approved of the relationship is good as well. The only person against them now is Byron and the twist is story lines is going to possibly reveal why. As someone who ruined his family by cheating on a teacher, he should be more understanding. Why Meredith has come to work at Rosewood remains unknown, but two conclusions could be made. Based on those earrings that Aria found and Meredith claims aren't hers, we could conclude that Byron was having an affair with more than one student. Secondly, because of Aria's meddling Byron is now grabbing lunch with Mereditch. Rekindling their love perhaps. I say that if Byron is allowed to date his students, so is Ezra. Especially since he isn't teaching anymore!!!
