Its the great Masquerade- 90210

If theres one thing I have learned from this weeks 90210 is that masquerade balls are dangerous, especially if they have Naomi Clark written all over it. Naomi switched it up with some role playing of good cop bad cop as she made peace and decided to host the schools masquerade ball with frenemy Holly. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer I always say. But that doesn't mean let your guard down and let her walk all over you, and thats exactly what Naomi did. Hiding behind her bad girl attitude wasnt good enough for Holly who is obviously better at this game then she is. After Holly exposed Naomi (and all of her feelings for Austin) Naomi kicked her out of the party. Holly quickly turned the tables on Naomi and told the dean that her party featured topless dancers, fire, and acrobatics which got Naomi kicked off the board as president, and Holly back on top. Ha. The only good thing about this is that Naomi finally cracked admitting that she was scared to get her heart broken again and landed in the arms of Austin (to Holly's dismay). This whole scene was cute yet it kind of threw me off the Naomi wagon. She literally got dumped by the love of her frickin life Max last week and yeah sure they mentioned she had a broken heart briefly but her actions show otherwise. If this is how all of us get over a big romance then I am speechless..

Silver and Navid have once again lost it for me. The presidential campaign plotline is dull in my opinion and doesnt really seem to be moving anywhere. A political figure lied, oh the horror! Silver blows everything out of proportion. Even the politicians on 90210 cannot stir up more drama then the ones we have in the real world... Navid is being a good boyfriend (or should I say ex) and protecting Silver from crazy uncle Amal. It's not like he wants to be an asshole to you Silver, he has no choice. Once he succeeds in locking up his uncle for good you two can ride that high horse your on together, but as for now she really needs to calm it down. Maybe she should stop listening to Brandy's, err Marissa Young's, advice. Speaking off, do any of you get a weird vibe from her. She's very persistent on butting into Silvers relationship and offering help. My guess is she's definitely up to something.

Annie's story is so unbelievable. First off the dude is old and he pays for escorts, so in theory he needs friends and he needs help getting laid right? Second off he's rich so why would he want to play sugar daddy to sweet little orphan Annie (no offense). Then Annie goes off on this I feel like an object rant and he's still sticking around. What got me was when he invited her out to some luxurious event and she told him she couldn't go because she had to write her paper and then go to her college masquerade party. Really. Why is this dude still around? And then he shows up at school dressed up and ready to sweep you off your feet. This couple is wrong on so many levels... so many. 

Dixon and Ade sitting in a tree, H.A.N.D.C.U.F.F.E.D (or something like that). This obvious-to-come romance is for sure going to add some flavor to the show but whats going to happen when Ade finds out that Dixon really is addicted to drugs? For someone who kept priding herself on having experience in these situations she really didn't do a good job. After his 24 hours handcuffed to her was up he went right over the his DJ table and popped some pills. Don't stop the party!!!! Also Ivy who is obviously missing Raj and keeping herself busy by taking pictures is going to get a new storyline pretty soon. Nick made an appearance on the episode, but really we dont know much about him. She met him on the beach and they talked for 5 minutes and all of a sudden on this episode their all buddy buddy and shes crushing and all that. It really annoyed me because for the few seconds he was on T.V. he psycho-Dr.Phil- analyzed her and I sat there and was kind of like "who are you"? Anyways hes definately going to be back to cause some more mayhem. 

Other thoughts
-What happened to Navids sister? Do we just not care what happens to her occasionally?
-Perez Hilton was really pointless. Sort of like the Kardashian's last season, and Vinnie next week.
-Keep bringing Liam's abs back. Ab-tastic woohooo. 
-Serious note, what happened to Jane and Jim. After her hot and heavy romance with Liam she just walked away. Was she even ok after the hospital?
-Do Annie and Liam even remember about each other? Does Annie even have a brother named Dixon anymore? The writers should definitely intertwine the cast more often. So many separate stories going you forget any of these people even know each other or better yet that their related.

• Annie- She has a point you know this whole masquerade thing is fun for a little while but sooner of later your going to have to stop playing games and take off the mask.
• Ivy- No one really wins if you don't get what you want right?
• Naomi- Your right if anyone should be wearing a mask it should be me.
