Who knew that one day Klaus and Stefan could have a role reverse a la Freaky Friday? Ok, Ok well I wouldn't go that far but it seems like thats the direction those two are heading in. Stefan was stripped of his humanity, yes, but the difference now is that he doesn't want it back. He wants to keep the switch turned off and he doesn't care who he hurts. I had faith in Stefan. I believed that no matter what he was doing this to help everybody else, but after last nights episode, my thoughts of that once sweet vampire have done a 360. What scares me even more than my feelings changing about Stefan though are my feelings towards Klaus. Yeah I remember everything he's done in the past but now he's just being an evil villain because he want's his family back. Klaus has threatened to kill people for example Jeremy and Caroline, but his plans have never gone through and even know when Tyler accidentally bit Caroline, he came to her rescue out of the goodness of his deep and hidden heart. That scene where he saved her life (check out how he says "On your Birthday" hehe) was a game-changer for sure. Although, this might just be a plan of his to get everybody in Mystic Falls on his side.. With Klaus we can never know and that's the fun of it!

Now to further on my I hate Stefan idea he adapted an "Emily Thorne from Revenge" attitude and he pushed the envelope. As he stated in this episode the only thing that he has left is to kill Klaus and you can't blame the guy, Klaus took everything away from him, even his free will. He ruined his life and now Stefan wants payback. The scary part is how far is he willing to go. You see Stefan claims to understand Klaus, but does he really? He tested Klaus's strength by using Elena and he made Klaus blink. Stefan actually had the upper-hand. But was it really worth it? Driving like a mad man with your ex girlfriend, feeding her your blood, and threatening to drive the car off the bridge and turn her is a little extreme don't you think? In that stressful scene and the emotional one that followed, I felt bad for Elena. It would be understandable if Stefan tried to push Klaus's limits anywhere else, but on the bridge that her parents died? On the bridge she almost died? The bridge that her whole life got thrown into this crazy world, that was a douchebag move. Stefan got his point across, he got the upper hand, but while risking so much more... 

Lets touch upon the couples of this show briefly. Can Caroline and Tyler be together now? Even if so I'm not sure I would ever forgive my ex for biting me and almost killing me on my birthday. The fact that Klaus saved her doesn't mean that Tyler wont be compelled to do something else to harm her. He's sired and no matter how much he tries to fight it he can't. Also after Caroline received that beautiful bracelet from Klaus I was left thinking if maybe Klaus had a thing for Caroline? Does he want a thank you in return for her life? Does he just feel brotherly to her because she has a resemblance to Rebekah? Bonnie was not my favorite this week. Her selfishness took over to an extreme that she was willing to tell Jeremy the truth so he could make "his own decisions" without putting into consideration that the reason Elena did all of this was to save Jeremy and give him a better life. Sure maybe she has no right to erase someone's memory but I think she had legit reasons for her actions. Plus she can't afford to loose anymore people and Jeremy's her brother. I'm sure Bonnie can find a new lover for the time being. 

Damon and Elena. What are the writers trying to pull with this couple? They kiss, they fight, they kiss, she wants him, she says no STOP! After seeing what kind of an asshole Stefan could be to her she should have realized that she has a man in front of her who is in love with her. Who would move mountains to be with her. Who half went into an alliance with Klaus just to save her from her crazy ex. Yes it is wrong to go after your brothers girl, but if the brother gave her up than its fair game. And even Stefan said so himself, he lost her the minute he left with Klaus she just hasn't admitted it. Maybe that made her feel bad but truthfully it should have pushed her to Damon, her vampire in shining armor. There is a reason she smiles around him, feels normal, and thinks about their kiss all morning while he prances around half naked and giddy. (Love scenes like that)

Other Thoughts
- The friendships they all have are great, so when Elena and Caroline had funerals to their old selves it was a very touching addition to a crazy episode.
-Why does Nanny Cary, Spensers sister, and now Doctor Fell always have to be psychotic on T.V. shows? Here I thought she was going to be normal but she already knows vampires exist, probably thinks Alaric is one, and killed her ex bf with a stake? Cryptic yet I don't quite get where were going with this yet... 
-Matt needs to get a good girlfriend and maybe some super powers. He talks about how all his friends got sucked into this world and he is just left out...
-What the heck is in that coffin? I still believe Bonnie's visions were true and in some weird twisted way Klaus's body is in that coffin making him impossible to kill because his soul is only with us or something. Yes kind of a stretch but you know....
