One Tree Hill- A Rush of Blood to the Head

One Tree Hill has become literally the most depressing show on air. I just cannot handle how much the writers are willing to screw up these peoples lives. No one on that show is happy. Not one single soul. Haley is still looking for Nathan and its heartbreaking to watch a woman look for her missing husband and no one seems to care. Like she said "its yesterdays news." And when she threw a tantrum at the police station she should have punched the officer who has the nerve to stand there and calm her down, knowing damn well where Nathan is. The only good result from this is that we get to see some familiar faces making their way back to Tree Hill. Last week we welcomed back Lucas, this week we welcome back Deb. But as Dan embraces his ex wife and risks his life in order to find his son and rescue him from the Serbian mafia, we see that redemption is totally possible and his book/T.V show didn't go completely to waste.

One thing I don't understand is why Brooke won't call the cops and tell them that she is being harassed by an ex-con? I mean they will obviously do something to help her. Sure, everyone has the freedom to eat at whatever restaurant they want but this guy is clearer disturbed. He is stalking her down, he is watching her through the windows and its only a matter of time before he attacks her and this time, the outcome could be much worse.

The biggest shocker had to have been with Clay, who has been trying to block out the fact that he had a baby with Sarah. Conveniently, that baby is cute little Logan. How could anyone not want that to be their child? This means that Clay has a lot of growing up to do and that starts by admittance and acceptance but I think with Quinn by his side he could definitely man up and be the father Logan needs. Which coincidentally means that Quinn will become a mother at the same time her ex-husband David (who is no longer rendezvousing with her sister Taylor) will become a father with Miss Lauren. Yes, Miss Lauren. Although I'll admit it was too funny seeing Skills tweak about possibly finding out he is the father of her baby. You know Tree Hill really is a small town.

This does not seem to be the best year for Chase. After he lost his super hot girlfriend Alex, he got drafted to the Navy only to get arrested for possibly murder? As Chase got into the police car, his face was covered in splattered blood after he beat Chuck's dad for harming his wife and son. It was nice to see Chase in such a parental role over Chuck but why did the writers have to make it so extreme. A simple call to the cops would have worked just fine. Now Chuck might never forgive him and his life is pretty much over with. The cops should have arrested the guy that was beating on his family and not the guy protecting them, but the world is not a fair place. There is too much violence, mischief and hate going on in Tree Hill.
